Disclosed are a high melt index thermoplastic elastomer and a preparation method therefor. In the present invention, an emulsion polymerization system and a reversible addition chain transfer free radical polymerization technique are used, and a thermoplastic elastomer having a block structure with a high melt index is obtained by means of controlling reaction temperatures of different stages. The present invention is simple in terms of workflow and equipment and energy-saving and environmentally friendly in terms of process, and the raw materials thereof are cheap and easy to obtain, and the resulting high melt index thermoplastic elastomer has an excellent hot workability.

The present invention discloses a multiblock copolymer with narrow molecular weight distribution and a preparation method therefor. According to the present disclosure, a series of multiblock copolymers with narrow molecular weight distribution are prepared by adopting a reversible addition chain transfer free radical polymerization technology in an emulsion polymerization system by controlling the feeding sequence of monomers. The molecular weight of the series of multiblock copolymers meets theoretical expectations, the content of dead polymers is low, and the mechanical properties are greatly improved compared with the traditional triblock copolymers. The present disclosure has the advantages of simple flow equipment, an energy-saving and environment-friendly process, cheap and readily available raw materials, achieves high control of the block number, block types, block molecular weight and other structures in the block polymers, and provides a universal and feasible means for preparing polymer materials with specific structures and functions.

The present invention discloses a block copolymer comprising a block with glass transition temperature higher than 100&#xb0; C. and a method for preparing the same. In the method, latex of a block copolymer is prepared by taking n-butyl acrylate as a soft block, random copolymer of styrene and &#x3b3;-methyl-&#x3b1;-methylene-&#x3b3;-butyrolactone as a hard block, utilizing emulsion polymerization system and reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer radical polymerization technology. The method utilizes an amphiphilic macromolecule reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer agent has dual function of both chain transfer agent and emulsifier, thus can achieve good control of monomer polymerization and avoid the use of traditional emulsifier; the reaction has no polymerization inhibition period, has fast reaction rate and high final conversion; colloidal particles can stably grow; product has a hard block with glass transition temperature up to 155&#xb0; C., and thus has a good application prospect in the field of high heat resistance thermoplastic elastomer.

The present invention discloses a poly((meth)acrylic acid-b-styrene-b-butadiene-b-styrene) block copolymer latex and a method for preparing the same. The poly((meth)acrylic acid-b-styrene-b-butadiene-b-styrene) block copolymer latex is directly and stably obtained by emulsion polymerization in the presence of an amphiphilic macromolecule reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer agent as both chain transfer agent and reactive emulsifier. The present invention has simple operation, and the process is environmentally friendly and energy-saving, the product poly ((meth) acrylic acid-b-styrene-b-butadiene-b-styrene) block copolymer latex has a good prospect in many fields, such as bitumen modification, adhesives, polymer toughening and the like.

A method for preparing a porous anti-reflective thin film composed of hollow polymer nano-particles is provided in the following steps: Firstly, an aqueous dispersion having mass percent of 3-7% is prepared using polymer nano-capsules. A thin film comprising polymer nano-capsules is formed by spin coating on one side or both sides of the substrate using a spin coater. The thin film comprising polymer nano-capsules is dried in vacuum at high temperature. After the core materials of the polymer nano-capsules evaporate completely, the polymer nano-capsules turn into hollow polymer nano-particles, and a porous anti-reflective thin film composed of hollow polymer nano-particles is prepared. The thickness and refractive index of the thin film are adjusted conveniently and effectively by changing the concentration of polymer nano-capsules aqueous dispersion and the hollow volume rate of the polymer nano-particles. The thin film has the advantages of high mechanical intensity and abrasion resistance.
