The photovoltaic module includes a battery module including multiple cell string groups and multiple first connection structures. Each cell string group includes multiple cell strings arranged along a first direction. Each cell string includes multiple solar cells and multiple second connection structures. Each solar cell includes multiple first grid lines and multiple second grid lines. There is a distance L between a first grid line and a second grid line adjacent to the first grid line in the first direction. A second connection structure connected to an end of a respective middle first connection structure is spaced apart by a distance S in the first direction from an adjacent second connection structure connected to an end of another middle first connection structure adjacent to the respective middle first connection structure and the distance S is greater than the distance L.

Photovoltaic module and method for manufacturing photovoltaic module

A photovoltaic cell and a photovoltaic module. The photovoltaic cell includes a semiconductor substrate, a passivation layer arranged on a surface of the semiconductor substrate, a plurality busbars, and a plurality of electrode pads arranged on the passivation layer. Each of the plurality of electrode pads are electrically connected to an electrode line, and along a thickness direction of the photovoltaic cell, the plurality of electrode pads are arranged on a side of the plurality of busbars facing away from the passivation layer, or arranged on the passivation layer. Along a thickness direction of the photovoltaic cell, a vertical distance between a highest point of the plurality of electrode pads and a surface of the passivation layer is greater than or equal to a vertical distance between a highest point of the plurality of busbars and the surface of the passivation layer.

Disclosed is solar cell, a photovoltaic module, and a method for manufacturing a photovoltaic module. The solar cell includes a substrate, first busbars and second busbars arranged on the substrate, first fingers connected to the first busbars, and second fingers connected to the second busbars. The first busbars and the second busbars have opposite polarities. The first fingers have a same polarity as the first busbars, and the second fingers have a same polarity as the second busbars. The substrate is provided with busbar pits. At least part of the first and second busbars are located in the busbar pits. Depths of the busbar pits range from 30 μm to 50 μm. Along a thickness direction of the substrate, ratios of the depths of the busbar pits to heights of the first busbars and/or the second busbars range from 10:3 to 6:5.

Solar cell, photovoltaic module, and method for manufacturing photovoltaic module

A method for manufacturing a photovoltaic module and a photovoltaic module are provided. The method includes: laying a front plate, a first adhesive layer on the front plate, and a plurality of cells on the first adhesive layer, and pre-curing the first adhesive layer between the front plate and the plurality of cells; forming a plurality of cell strings by connecting the plurality of cells through a plurality of solder strips after the first adhesive layer is pre-cured; and laying a second adhesive layer on the plurality of cell strings, laying a back plate on the second adhesive layer, and curing the second adhesive layer between the back plate and the plurality of cell strings, to form the photovoltaic module.

A solar cell and a photovoltaic module are provided. The solar cell includes a substrate having first edges and second edges; two first main electrodes, where each first main electrode is close to a corresponding first edge and includes a plurality of first sub-connection pads and a first connection wire; and at least two second main electrodes, where the at least two second main electrodes are disposed between the two first main electrodes, where each of the at least two second main electrodes includes a plurality of second sub-connection pads and a second connection wire, where a first pitch between a respective first main electrode and a second main electrode adjacent to the respective first main electrode is not equal to a second pitch between adjacent second main electrodes.
