Disclosed is a method for automatically constructing an editable model of an isogeometric topology optimization result. The method addresses the problem of three-dimensional isogeometric topology optimization, and performs quick and efficient post-processing on a three-dimensional isogeometric topology optimization result, so as to achieve the aim of automatically constructing a result model thereof and the aim of the result model being editable. According to the method, design variables are taken as high-dimensional coordinates of a control point, spline surfaces represented by control points of the three-dimensional isogeometric topology optimization result are extracted in a layered manner, and lofting is performed on top contours of the spline surfaces, such that the steps of constructing an isogeometric topology optimization model are simplified.

The present invention discloses a method for preparing an anti-bacterial surface on a medical material surface, including the steps of: (1) conducting chemical graft of amino silane after performing oxygen plasma pretreatment to the medical material surface and then reacting the medical material with the amino silane surface with an acyl compound; (2) placing the medical material with an initiator-modified surface into an anti-adhesion monomer aqueous solution for a graft polymerization reaction; (3) placing the medical material with an anti-adhesion polymer brush-modified surface into an azide compound-containing dimethylformamide solution; and (4) placing the medical material with an azide surface into an anti-bacterial agent click solution for a click reaction, obtaining an anti-adhesion polymer layer&#x2014;and anti-bacterial agent layer-comodified anti-bacterial surface. The method prevents mutual interference of the anti-adhesion ability and bactericidal ability, and has good long-acting anti-bacterial performance.

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a whitlockite coating on a surface of a calcium phosphate-based bioceramic substrate and a resulting coating, wherein the preparation method includes the following steps of: preparing pure calcium phosphate-based bioceramic powder firstly, then pre-firing, shaping and calcining the pure calcium phosphate-based bioceramic powder to obtain a calcium phosphate-based bioceramic substrate, placing the substrate in a solution containing Mg, then transferring the substrate to a high-temperature high-pressure reaction kettle for a hydrothermal reaction, and then cleaning and drying the sample to obtain a whitlockite coating.

The present invention discloses a method for improving the blood compatibility of a material surface by using a controllable grafting technique. The method involves placing a monomer NVP, an RAFT reagent and a solvent acetonitrile in a container, adding an initiator AIBN, mixing the same uniformly, removing oxygen with liquid nitrogen, making the same react in an oil bath; after polymerization, adding liquid nitrogen to quench and stop the reaction, thus obtaining PVP-COOH; mixing the PVP-COOH with DCC and NHS; adding dry dichloromethane to the mixture in a nitrogen atmosphere, adding mercaptoethylamine, and making the same react in darkness at room temperature; obtaining a crude sample; dissolving the crude sample in water, and performing dialysis with deoxygenated water in darkness, and then obtaining HS-PVP by freeze-drying. Method for improving blood compatibility of material surface by using controllable grafting technique

A medical macromolecular microsphere adsorbent for a blood perfusion apparatus and a preparation method thereof are provided. The polystyrene-divinylbenzene microspheres are graded by different pore sizes and specific surface areas, medically purified, and grafted by a bioactivity-controlled grafting technology. In the microsphere adsorbent, the volume ratio of microspheres with pore sizes of 1-10 &#x3bc;m, 10-100 &#x3bc;m and 100 &#x3bc;m is 1:(1-10):(1-20), the content of residual monomers in the microsphere has O.D&#x2264;0.03. The microsphere adsorbent not only can adsorb harmful micromolecules in blood but also can effectively adsorb harmful medium-molecules and macromolecules in blood, thereby meeting clinical application demands.

A preparation method of an antibacterial cornea repair material includes (1) purifying type I collagen extracted from beef tendons, and preparing a collagen solution; (2) casting the collagen solution into a mold to form a membrane by air drying at room temperature; (3) soaking the membrane in an antibiotic solution, stirring until the membrane is in contact with the antibiotic solution, adding a crosslinking agent and a catalyst to the antibiotic solution contacted with the membrane, and stirring the antibiotic solution contacted with the membrane with the crosslinking agent and the catalyst added therein to perform a crosslinking reaction to obtain a crosslinked membrane; and (4) washing the crosslinked membrane material with deionized water, and air drying at room temperature. The antibacterial cornea repair material has relatively good mechanical properties, optical properties, biocompatibility, and antibacterial effect, and can be used for repairing and replacing damaged cornea tissue.
