Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communications methods and technologies, and in particular, to a transmission method and apparatus. The transmission method includes: generating, by a first device, a sequence based on one or more transmission parameters, where the one or more transmission parameters include at least one of the following: a time domain resource type, transmission waveform indication information, subcarrier spacing indication information, device type information, service type indication information, multiple-input multiple-output MIMO parameter information, duplex mode indication information, control channel format indication information, and transmission carrier indication information; generating to-be-transmitted information by using the sequence; and sending the to-be-transmitted information. According to the transmission method and apparatus in the embodiments of the present invention, a new transmission error check mechanism is provided.

Embodiments of this application disclose a reference signal transmission method, a message transmission method, a transmission resource determining method, and an apparatus. When a first device needs to transmit a reference signal, the first device may determine, from a slot and based on a time domain resource parameter of the reference signal, transmission resource information related to a transmission resource used to transmit the reference signal, where the transmission resource information may include a symbol location of the transmission resource in the slot and/or a space domain resource on a symbol in the transmission resource. Compared with a conventional manner in which a reference signal can be transmitted only at a fixed location, the transmission resource for transmitting the reference signal can be dynamically determined based on the time domain resource parameter of the reference signal.

A method includes: receiving first information, where the first information is used to instruct UE to send second information; obtaining a first parameter value, where the first parameter value indicates a location relationship between a first time domain resource and a second time domain resource, the first time domain resource is a time domain resource in which the first information is located, the second time domain resource is a time domain resource in which the second information is located, duration of the second time domain resource in time domain is not longer than one subframe, and an interval between the second time domain resource and the first time domain resource is shorter than four subframes; and determining the second time domain resource based on the first parameter value, and sending the second information on the second time domain resource.

The present invention relates to the wireless communications field, and provides a scheduling method, a device, and a system, to resolve a problem that a scheduling resource is wasted when SPS transmission with a relatively short scheduling interval is applied to a V2X service. The scheduling method provided in the present invention includes: receiving, by a first device, semi-persistent scheduling SPS configuration information from a second device; receiving, by the first device, SPS activation information from the second device, where the SPS activation information is used to indicate an activated SPS resource; and sending, by the first device, the SPS instruction information to the second device, where the SPS instruction information is used to instruct to use or not to use a scheduling resource of the activated SPS resource. Embodiments of the present invention are applied to V2X communication.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information transmission method, including: determining, by a user equipment (UE), first speed information of the UE; determining, by the UE, a transmission manner of control information based on the first speed information; and sending, by the UE, the control information in the transmission manner over a first link. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the UE may determine the transmission manner of the control information based on the first speed information. When the UE is high speed UE, an appropriate transmission manner can be selected for the high speed UE, thereby meeting a transmission requirement of the high speed UE and ensuring a transmission success rate.
