The present invention relates to a semiconductor lead frame package and LED package. The semiconductor lead frame package includes a die pad, a lead, a die and an insulator body. The lead is electrically isolated from the die pad. The die is disposed on the die pad and electrically connected to the lead. The insulator body partially encapsulates the die pad and the lead, and has a top surface and a bottom surface, wherein a part of the lead is folded onto the top surface of the insulator body.

Semiconductor lead frame package and LED package

A light-emitting device package structure includes a leadframe, a light-emitting device disposed on the leadframe, a plurality of wires electrically connecting the leadframe and the light-emitting device, and an encapsulant covering the light-emitting device, the wires and a part of the leadframe. The encapsulant has a gas space therein, and the gas space is disposed on the light-emitting device, wherein the gas space includes at least one gas.

Light-emitting device package structure

A stroller includes two side frames and a first seat disposed between the side frames. Each side frame includes an armrest, a first leg, a second leg, a handle, and a first link. The first leg and the second leg are pivoted to the armrest, respectively. The handle is pivoted to the armrest, and a bottom end of the handle is detachably engaged with the first leg. A front end of the first link is pivoted to the second leg, and another opposite end is pivoted to the handle. The first seat is movably disposed on the first link. Thus, when the handle rotates between an extended position and a folded position, the first link can bring the first seat and the second leg to rotate relative to the armrest.

Stroller

A child safety seat includes a base, a seat body and an engaging mechanism. The seat body has a rib structure. The rib structure is movably disposed in a guide-slot structure of the base so that the seat body is capable of sliding relative to the base. The engaging mechanism includes a first engaging part and a driving device. The first engaging part is movably disposed on the seat body for engaging with a tooth-shaped structure of the base. The driving device is movably connected to the first engaging part and is movably installed on the seat body so that the driving device is capable of moving between a releasing position and a locking position relative to the seat body. Thus, when the driving device moves relative to the seat body, the driving device can drive the first engaging part to alternatively engage with or separate from the tooth-shaped structure.

Child safety seat

A child safety seat includes a seat body, an engaging board, a backrest, and an engaging mechanism. The engaging board is connected to the seat body. A tooth-shaped structure is formed on the engaging board. The backrest is movably disposed on the engaging board. The engaging mechanism is disposed between the engaging board and the backrest. The engaging mechanism includes an engaging member and a driving device. The engaging member is pivotally connected to the backrest for engaging with the tooth-shaped structure. The driving device is pivotally connected to the engaging member and movably connected to the backrest. When the driving device moves between a locking position and a releasing position relative to the backrest, the driving device drives the engaging member to rotate relative to the backrest.

A child safety seat includes a seat body, a backrest, a first side wing, and an adjusting mechanism. The backrest is connected to the seat body. A hole is formed on the backrest and a first slot is formed on a first side of the backrest. A first side wing is movably disposed through the first slot. The adjusting mechanism is movably disposed in the hole of the backrest and is movably connected to the first side wing. The adjusting mechanism has an actuating part. The actuating part is operable for driving the first side wing to move relative to the first slot telescopically.

An illumination device. A control circuit module is disposed in a first base. A second base is detachably connected to the first base. A heat-dissipation module is disposed in the second base and is electrically connected to the control circuit module. A first fastening ring fastens the first base with the second base. A third base is detachably connected to the second base. A light source module is disposed in the third base and is electrically connected to the heat-dissipation module. A second fastening ring fastens the second base with the third base.
