A method for improving the glossiness and ink color fastness of a printed color film is disclosed. The printed color film is a composite biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film. The method includes: (1) pre-treating the outer and inner surfaces of the composite BOPP film; (2) coating the outer and inner surfaces of the composite BOPP film with a surface-modifying coating agent and drying at a high temperature; and (3) printing the outer surface of the composite BOPP film with a water-based colored ink, and drying to obtain the printed color film. An application of the printed color film obtained by the method for tobacco packaging film to improve the glossiness and the ink color fastness of the printed color film is also disclosed.

A method for evaluating the possibility of a cigarette burning cone to fall off is disclosed. The method uses a manipulator simulation device to simulate the smoking of a cigarette, and measures the maximum deviation of the cigarette burning cone, and then uses angle summing and averaging to add the maximum deviations of the cigarette burning cones measured for multiple cigarettes and obtain an average value, and then evaluates the possibility of the cigarette burning cone to fall by the average value of the maximum deviations of the cigarette burning cone. The method is new, and compared with an existing method using state information of the cigarette burning cone 'falling' and “not falling,” the method can more accurately, directly and timely reflect the state of the cigarette burning cone.

Provided is a Coxsackievirus A6 (CVA6) strain CVA6-KM-J33 and use thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biomedicine. The present invention provides a CVA6 strain CVA6-KM-J33, which belongs to a CVA6 virus. In the present invention, the strain CVA6-KM-J33 is susceptible to KMB17 cells and can achieve a relatively high titer. The strain has strong virulence, high pathogenicity and lethality to suckling mice, and desirable immunogenicity, and is a highly effective virus strain for CVA6 vaccine development. This strain can be used for immunogenicity evaluation or protective evaluation of CVA6 vaccine to improve the accuracy and reproducibility of vaccine immunogenicity evaluation. This strain can also be used to prepare animal models of Coxsackievirus (CV) infection, and exhibits desirable application prospects.

An enterovirus multi-antigen epitope fusion protein, a gene, a vaccine and a preparation method thereof are provided, relating to the field of vaccine preparation technologies. The amino acid sequence of the enterovirus multi-antigen epitope fusion protein is shown in SEQ ID NO: 4. The vaccine is prepared by adopting the preparation method of a genetically engineered protein vaccine, and the prepared vaccine has stronger specificity. After protein purification, there are fewer impure proteins and more specific antigen proteins, thus improving the effectiveness and safety of the combined vaccine.

The method for comprehensively analyzing and/or evaluating cigarette burning quality indicators can reflect general laws more accurately by maintaining the sample distribution through a singularity detection method, and analyzing correlations of each index with cigarette performance from multiple perspectives, to fuse them into a comprehensive measurement value. The importance ranking and weight of indicators can be obtained more completely and stably.

A method for testing burning performance of a dark-colored cigarette using a dark-colored cigarette paper is provided. The dark-colored cigarette paper has a grayscale less than 255. The method includes: simulating, by a robotic arm, a cigarette smoking process and environment; acquiring, by a full-vision camera system, an image of a burn line and ash column region of the dark-colored cigarette; and analyzing a burning performance indicator of the dark-colored cigarette according to coordinate information of the burn line and ash column region. The method is based on a surface reflection characteristic of the dark-colored cigarette paper and a principle of optical reflection to light and highlight an edge of the dark-colored cigarette sample by a light source at a certain angle from a side. A device and a method for detecting cigarette fly ash by a gray-scale difference based on machine vision (MV) are provided. A manipulator holds a cigarette as a detection sample to simulate a human smoking action, and multiple groups of cameras track a simulated smoking process of the detection sample synchronously in real time. It is determined whether fly ash appears based on a gray-scale difference of burning ash columns, produced without being subjected to flicking, in acquired images. A fly ash area of the burning ash columns of the cigarette is calculated by an area with the gray-scale difference of the burning ash columns of the cigarette in two sequential images of the burning ash columns of the cigarette, and a fly ash amount is further determined. The detection of the amount of fine fly ash is converted into the detection of the gray-scale difference.

A robotic arm includes a base, a first robotic arm, a second robotic arm, a robotic hand and a cigarette holder connected in sequence. The cigarette holder includes a cigarette insertion hole and a cigarette smoking tube. The cigarette smoking tube is connected to a smoking simulator. The robotic arm further includes at least one air exhausting hole. The air exhausting hole is located around the cigarette holder and communicated with an air exhauster through an air exhausting pipe. The robotic arm swings to control the cigarette holder to carry a cigarette from a smoking position to an ash flicking position. Airflow is formed near the air exhausting hole by means of air exhaustion, so as to simulate influences of a wind speed in an outdoor environment on the columnar ash in the cigarette smoking process of the human body.

A smoking path simulation system includes a case, the robotic arm fixedly provided in the case and a cigarette holder mounted at a working end of the robotic arm, and further includes a feeding device, a cigarette tapping device and a cigarette lighting device provided in the case and located at a periphery of the robotic arm, as well as an image acquisition device mounted at the working end of the robotic arm. A high-transparence fiberglass paper includes vegetable parchment which is successively coated with a base layer, a second layer and a protective layer on both sides. The base layer and protective layer are prepared using water-based paints, while the second layer is prepared using UV ink through curing. The transparency and surface smoothness of the fiber is thereby greatly improved. Through treatment on the both surfaces, the paper can be processed into a light and smooth paper, with a surface smoothness of both sides more than 200 s, just like hyaline paper.
