The device comprises a feeder (A-, B-), a conical-coiled pipe coupling reactor (A-, B-) and a thermostat (A-, B-), wherein the bottom of the feeder (A-, B-) communicates with the top of the conical-coiled pipe coupling reactor (A-, B-), and the bottom of the feeder (A-, B-) is flush with the top of the thermostat (A-, B-); the conical-coiled pipe coupling reactor (A-, B-) is arranged in the thermostat (A-, B-); the whole coupling reactor (A-, B-) is in a regular cone shape or an inverted cone shape; and a main body of the coupling reactor (A-, B-) is a coiled pipe (A-, B-).

A method for enhancing anaerobic digestion based on solid-liquid interface renewal in sludge is disclosed. The method includes subjecting sludge to a centrifugation, a thermal baking and a redissolution in softened water in sequence to renew a solid-liquid interface in sludge, and subjecting the sludge to an anaerobic digestion to increase methane production from organic matter in the sludge by anaerobic biotransformation.

The disclosure relates to a method for enhancing methanogenesis in anaerobic digestion of municipal sludge by utilizing a filter screen structure, comprising: arranging a filter screen structure with titanium or titanium alloy as the framework and FeOas the coating in the anaerobic digestion system to accelerate the rate of hydrolysis and acidification, and increase the proportion of methane in biogas. Compared with the prior art, the disclosure increases the contact between FeOand anaerobic microorganisms by means of the screen structure; the stable crystal structure of FeOensures the sustainability as an electron carrier while enriching electroactive microorganisms; titanium or titanium alloy, as a material with high strength, corrosion resistance, good biocompatibility, and good conductivity, can form a good match with FeOand assist in promoting the electron transfer; the disclosure has the advantages of low cost, high income, no need of repeated dosing and stable effect, and could strengthen the oxidation and decomposition of organic matter in the anaerobic digestion, accelerate the rate of methanogenesis, and increase the gas production.

The use of an inorganic binder permits high thermal stability at reasonable cost.

A method for etching back a hard mask layer on top of dummy polysilicon gates in a gate last process comprises: step 1: forming a plurality of dummy gate structures; step 2: depositing a spin-on carbon (SOC) layer to fill the space regions between the sidewalls of the dummy gate structures to a level above the top surface of each of the plurality of dummy gate structures; step 3: performing a first etching-back to the spin-on carbon layer to remove the SOC layer outside the space regions and keep the SOC layer in the space regions below the top surfaces of each of dummy polysilicon gate; step 4: performing a second etching-back by using the remaining spin-on carbon layer as a mask to remove the hard mask layer and the sidewalls of the dummy polysilicon gates on both sides of the hard mask layer at the same time; step 5: removing the SOC layer. This technique saves one photomask and improves the process window.

A process for enhanced anaerobic digestion of sludge by alcoholization of food waste, comprising steps of: (1) ethanol prefermentation of food waste&#x2014;feeding the food waste having been crushed into a uniform grain size into an ethanol production reactor, where the food waste is subjected to rapid and efficient anaerobic fermentation activated by addition of yeast and pH adjustment to produce ethanol and obtain a fermentation broth and a fermentation residue; (2) sludge pretreatment&#x2014;pretreating the sludge after mixing with the fermentation residue; and (3) methanogenesis of anaerobic digestion&#x2014;subjecting products resulting from the sludge pretreatment to be mixed with the fermentation broth and then to methanogenesis of anaerobic digestion in a methane production reactor. With this process, the sludge and the food waste can be treated efficiently via multi-phase reactions, and the resource recovery and biogas quality can be enhanced.

By virtue of the upper limit and the lower limit, the electric sausage filler is controlled to automatically fill sausages, overcurrent protection function is added in the control circuit for protecting the motor from stalling, so that a motor stalling protection device is omitted, and the cost is reduced; the sausage filling operation is simplified by virtue of the upper limit and the lower limit; and by virtue of the movement of the piston, the sausage filling process is fully automatic.
