Disclosed are an integrated installation structure for a marine apparatus, a storage container and a manufacturing method. The integrated installation structure includes a primary insulating layer formed by arranging at least one first primary insulating plate and at least one second primary insulating plate, a secondary insulating layer disposed on an outer side of the primary insulating layer and a secondary shielding film between the primary insulating layer and the secondary insulating layer. The first primary insulating plate is prefabricated and connected with the secondary shielding film into a one-piece member through a first connecting device, and the second primary insulating plate is a structure separated from the secondary shielding film, and is connected with the secondary insulating layer through a second connecting device.

Integrated installation structure for marine apparatus, storage container and manufacturing method

Disclosed are a processing apparatus, a corrugated plate, and a storage container. The processing apparatus includes a pair of slide plates, a pair of press plates, a shaping block, and a driving mechanism. The driving mechanism includes a slide plate driving portion linked to a shaping block driving portion, allowing the slide plate driving portion drives the pair of slide plates to approach each other at a first predetermined speed, the shaping block driving portion moves the shaping block downward at a second predetermined speed, and the first and second predetermined speed are specifically correlated with respect to a predetermined forming profile of an intersection portion. The processing apparatus of the present disclosure causes running speeds of various portions that move in different directions to extrude a blank plate to be specifically associated, so that the formation process is particularly applicable to a corrugated plate having the predetermined corrugated shape.

Disclosed is a storage container for liquefied gas, for example, a storage cabin for marine equipment such as ships. A bottom wall of a storage container includes a bottom wall sealing layer including a central section and at least one annular section. The annular section includes a plurality of first sealing plates and a plurality of second sealing plates, which are alternately arranged in a circumferential direction. The first sealing plates have a circumferential size gradually reduced in a radially inward direction, and the second sealing plates have a circumferential size gradually expanded in the radially inward direction. The sealing layer of the storage container of the present disclosure may be made of standard parts with regular shapes, without requiring special shaped segments, which is simple to process and saves materials. Further, sealing connectors serving as universal parts may also be used between adjacent standard parts, and some sealing connectors of the present disclosure also have certain thermal expansion and contraction, which can provide a certain amount of cold shrinkage deformation for the sealing layers.

Disclosed are a corrugated plate having a smooth top surface and drawbeads, and a storage container. The corrugated plate includes a corrugated plate body, a longitudinal corrugation, a transverse corrugation, and an intersection portion. The intersection portion includes a smooth top surface and four drawbeads extending from the top surface to the corrugated plate body. The top surface transitions to the drawbeads smoothly. An overall extension direction of each of the drawbeads intersects a transverse direction, a longitudinal direction, and a height direction perpendicular to the corrugated plate body.

The invention discloses a bimetallic cryogenic membrane storage compartment for liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage. The invention is based on the design of bimetallic membrane panels and two insulating panels to achieve two completely independent insulation spaces, fully meeting the relevant requirements of the amendments to the International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Natural Gas in Bulk ('IGC CODE') adopted on May 22, 2014. The invention improves the safety of the cryogenic membrane storage compartment, reduces the limitation of free liquid level loading of liquid cargo in the cargo compartment, reduces the application and time consuming of low-temperature resistant glue in the construction process, and adopts the more mature and safe design method of welding bimetallic membrane panels and the environmental protection method of prefabricated foam insulation panels, thus reducing the construction workload, shortening the construction cycle and improving the safety of the equipment.
