Data transmission method, apparatus, and system

The invention provides server including a casing. The casing has back panel area. The back panel area is located at air outlet of the server. Package substrate, up HDD back panel and down HDD back panel are horizontally disposed on the back panel area. Motherboard of the server is communicatively connected to the package substrate via first connector. The package substrate is communicatively connected to the up HDD back panel via second connector. The up HDD back panel is communicatively connected to the down HDD back panel via third connector. The server of the invention has high dense storage devices, very high space utilization, and innovative heat dissipation channels design. The server has high configuration flexibility and expansibility, can be operated in a simple manner, and can support apparatus that are power-consuming and operating in standby mode.

The disclosure provides a hard disk drive tray including a tray body, an engagement component, a first elastic component and a switch. The engagement component includes a pivot part, a first arm part, a second arm part and a hook part connected to each other. The pivot part is pivotably disposed on the tray body. The first elastic component is disposed on the engagement component and can force the engagement component to pivot. The switch is movably disposed on the tray body. When the switch is in an engaged position, the switch and the second arm part are engaged with each other, and the hook part is engaged with a casing. When the switch is in a released position, the switch is disengaged from the second arm part, and the first elastic component pivots the engagement component so as to disengage the hook part from the casing.

A method for partitioning a communications network includes selecting, by a controller, a starting communications controller for a first region in the communications network according to an interference level. The method also includes including, by the controller, a first neighboring communications controller in the first region if an average inter-cell interference level of the starting communications controller and the first neighboring communications controller exceeds a first threshold and closing the first region if the average inter-cell interference level of the starting communications controller and the first neighboring communications controller fails to exceed the first threshold. The method further includes storing information about the first region in a memory.

System and method for configuring a communications network

The invention provides a self-adaptive downlink power control scheme for OFDMA-based wireless cellular networks suitable for noise-limited environments. Downlink power levels are assigned in a distributed manner in the absence of any requirement for coordination or cooperation between cells. Distributed assignment allows for more optimal usage of the available transmit power at the base stations and more complete exploitation of the flexibility of frequency domain scheduling. In one embodiment, base stations in a cellular network service mobile user equipment within the respective base station coverage areas, and categorize the user equipment in a plurality of power levels according to certain criteria in accordance with such factors as channel experience and quality. A load-balancing self-adjustment mechanism allows automatic balancing of the load between different power levels.

Self adaptive multi-level downlink power control for noise-limited wireless cellular networks

A method of resource allocation for use in a wireless network is disclosed. A network coloring decision to assign a plurality of resource blocks to a plurality of cells within the wireless network is triggered upon occurrence of a network event. A network coloring is performed by assigning each cell of the plurality of cells a resource block from the plurality of resource blocks. An effect of interference among adjacent cells with a same resource block assignment is reduced as measured by a network performance metric related to a number of resource block assignment conflicts over the plurality of cells.
