The present disclosure is related to the field of polymer materials, and, in particular, to a method for synthesizing a bio-based polyamide. More specifically, the disclosure provides a method for synthesizing a block copolymer consisting of a hard segment of a polyamide prepared via solid state polycondensation and a soft segment of a polyether polyol. Due to a reaction of itaconic acid, which contains a carbon-carbon double bond, with hexamethylenediamine, the bio-based polyamide is greatly different from conventional linear polyamides and exhibits a lower glass transition temperature and excellent mechanical properties. Unlike conventional processes for preparing modified polyamides, the bio-based polyamide is synthesized, according to the method, through chain extension of a polyamide with an excess amount of a diisocyanate based on amine value of the polyamide and then crosslinking of the resulting product with a polyether polyol by using glycerol as a crosslinking agent.

Method for synthesis and modification of bio-based polyamide

The invention discloses a system and a method for detecting a full-length fluctuation state of a scraper conveyor in a fully-mechanized coal mining working face. The detection system consists of a proximity switch trigger module of the hydraulic support base, a displacement detection module of the digital oil cylinder for position and attitude regulation of the single-section scraper conveyor, a calculation module for the fluctuation angle of the middle groove of the single-section scraper conveyor and a full-length fluctuation state output module of the scraper conveyor. Detect the elevation angle α of the push rod of the hydraulic support through the proximity switch trigger module of the hydraulic support base, detect the telescopic amount of the piston rod of the digital oil cylinder for position and attitude regulation of the single-section scraper conveyor through the displacement detection module of the digital oil cylinder for position and attitude regulation of the single-section scraper conveyor, the calculation module for the fluctuation angle of the middle groove of the single-section scraper conveyor calculates a fluctuation angle of the middle groove of the single-section scraper conveyor; and finally, the output module of the full-length fluctuation state of the scraper conveyor draws a full-length fluctuation curve of the scraper conveyor of the entire working face. The dynamic fluctuation change of a scraper conveyor in the vertical direction of a working face can be effectively monitored, providing a data foundation for subsequent adjustment of a fluctuation degree of the scraper conveyor.

A system for navigation detection and inclination measurement of advanced hydraulic supports, including a detection device module, a signal transfer transmission module, connected to the detection device module, and used to integrate ultrasonic signals and inclination signals received from all advanced hydraulic supports and then wirelessly transmit all the signals to an analysis and processing module. The analysis and processing module, connected to the signal transfer transmission module, and used to receive the signals from the signal integration and transmission device for analysis, where if an analysis result shows an abnormal situation, an alarm will b e immediately given to a worker. If the analysis result shows a continuous abnormal situation, or a relatively large value indicating the abnormal situation is generated, a command will be immediately sent to make the advanced hydraulic supports stop operating in a current mode.

System for navigation detection and inclination measurement of advanced hydraulic supports

A total-sky lightning event observation system and method may include a photographing device, a housing, a temperature control device, a light shielding device, a control module, a power supply module, a corona current sensor, a data acquisition device, a GPS antenna, a GPS timing module and a processing unit. The photographing device can capture total-sky digital images and transmit the images directly to the processing unit. The processing unit consecutively acquire corona current via the data acquisition device and judges whether there exists thunderstorm activity within the observed range; if there exists thunderstorm activity, the light shielding device is opened so as to enter a lightning observation mode, and the light shielding device is closed after the observation is finished so as to protect the photographing device in non-thunderstorm weather.
