A cooling fan () includes a fan housing (), a stator (), a rotor () and a bearing assembly (). A tube () extends upwardly from a central portion of the fan housing. The stator is mounted around the tube. The bearing assembly includes a ball bearing () and a sleeve bearing () received in two ends of the tube, respectively. The rotor has a shaft () extending into and rotatably supported by the bearing assembly. An elastic element () is arranged on the ball bearing to provide a pressing force on the ball bearing toward the sleeve bearing. An oil retaining element () is arranged around a bottom end of the shaft and spaced from the shaft. The oil retaining element is attached to the sleeve bearing to provide oil for the sleeve bearing.

Cooling fan

A fan assembly includes a first fan and a second fan mounted on the first fan. The first and second fans respectively include first and second frames. The first frame includes four pairs of first projections on a top thereof. The first projections of each pair are arranged face to face, and each includes a first hook towards the other one. The second projection includes four pairs of second projections on a bottom thereof. The second projections of each pair are arranged back to back, and each protrudes a second hook pointing away from the other one. The pair of second projections are received between a corresponding pair of first projections with the second hooks respectively engaging with the first hooks.

Fan assembly

A cooling fan includes a fan housing and a stator and an impeller received in the fan housing. The fan housing includes a frame and a mounting portion located in the frame. The stator is received in the frame and mounted to the mounting portion. The impeller is mounted to the stator and rotatable with respect to the stator. The impeller includes a hub and a plurality of blades extending radially and outwardly from the hub. Each of the blades includes an inner end connected with the hub and an outer end distant from the hub. Each of the blades forms a tab on the outer end at the end surface.

A cooling fan includes a fan housing, a base, a rotor, a stator, and a fan guard. The fan housing forms an intake and an outlet at two opposite sides thereof, respectively. The base is arranged at the outlet of the fan housing. The stator is mounted on the base. The rotor is rotatably supported by the stator. A plurality of stationary blades extends from the base to the fan housing. The fan guard attaches to the outlet of the fan housing. A cylinder is arranged at a center of the fan guard and attaches to the base of the fan housing. A plurality of guard blades extend radially and outwardly from the cylinder. Each guard blade and the nearest stationary blade define a gap therebetween along a circumference of the cooling fan.

A cooling fan includes a fan housing, a rotor and a stator. The fan housing forms an air inlet and an air outlet at two opposite sides thereof, respectively. A base is received in the fan housing and arranged at the air outlet of the fan housing. A guiding wall extends upwardly from an outer periphery of the base. An outer diameter of the guiding wall decreases along a direction from the air inlet to the air outlet. A plurality of stationary blades extend from an outer surface of the guiding wall to the fan housing. The stator is arranged in the housing and mounted on the base, and the rotor is rotatably supported by the stator.
