In the display substrate, at least a portion of a cathode is located in a display region; at least one driver chip is located in a non-display region; a first power supply signal line pattern is located in the non-display region and arranged on at least one side of the display region. The first power supply signal line pattern comprises a first transmission portion and a first wire inlet portion electrically connected to the first transmission portion. The first transmission portion extends in a first direction, and is electrically connected to the cathode. The first wire inlet portion extends in a second direction intersecting with the first direction. The first wire inlet portion is electrically connected to the at least one driver chip.

A grid-driving-circuit array is applied to a display panel, the display panel is delimited into a plurality of active areas, and each of the active areas includes multiple rows of pixel units and multiple rows of grid lines. The multiple groups of grid driving units supply grid driving signals to the plurality of active areas, and each of the groups of grid driving units includes one or more grid driving circuits. The one or more grid driving circuits are configured for supplying the grid driving signals to the grid lines within the active area corresponding to the one or more grid driving circuits. One or more multiplexers, wherein each of the multiplexers includes a plurality of frame-starting-up-signal outputting units, each of the frame-starting-up-signal outputting units of the multiplexer is configured for supplying a frame starting-up signal to one of the grid driving circuits.

The integrated substrate includes a plurality of second binding terminals distributed at equal intervals in a same direction. The bearing substrate includes a plurality of first binding terminal sets distributed at equal intervals in a first direction, and each of the first binding terminal sets includes a plurality of first binding terminals distributed at equal intervals in the first direction for binding with the plurality of the second binding terminals one-to-one.

Bearing substrate, binding assembly and binding method thereof

A display panel has a display region, a fan-out region located on a side of the display region, and a bonding region located on a side of the fan-out region away from the display region. The display panel includes a gate driving circuit disposed in the display region, a plurality of data lines and a plurality of control signal lines that all extends from the display region to the fan-out region, and a plurality of data fan-out leads and a plurality of first fan-out leads that are all disposed in the fan-out region. Each data line is electrically connected to a data fan-out lead. The data fan-out leads are gathered to the bonding region. The control signal lines are electrically connected to the gate driving circuit. Each control signal line is electrically connected to a first fan-out lead. The first fan-out leads are gathered to the bonding region.

A display substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The display substrate includes multiple sub-pixels, each sub-pixel including a light-emitting region and a non-light-emitting region, and a driving circuit being provided in each sub-pixel. The driving circuit includes a storage capacitor and multiple transistors. The transistors include a switching transistor, a driving transistor, and a sensing transistor. For each sub-pixel, the transistors are located in the non-light-emitting region, the storage capacitor is a transparent capacitor, and the orthographic projection of the storage capacitor on a substrate overlaps the light-emitting region. The first electrode of the storage capacitor is arranged on the same layer as the active layer of the transistors, and arranged on a different layer from the source and drain electrodes of the transistors, and the second electrode of the storage capacitor is located on the side of the first electrode close to the substrate.

The circuit region includes a plurality of wires and a frame sealant. The display substrate reduces the space occupied by the signal lines and improves the light transmittance.
