The present disclosure provides a data transmission system a method, a service system, a device, and a storage medium. The system comprises: a user terminal provided for generating, in response to an input operation of a user, a virtual network console VNC operation instruction, and sending the VNC operation instruction to a data processor DPU; the DPU, hard-wired with a server and configured with a virtual display device and a virtual input device, provided for simulating, through the virtual input device, an input operation indicated by the VNC operation instruction, and transmitting generated input operation signals to the server; the server provided for, in response to the input operation signals, generating display data after receiving the input operation signals, and transmitting the display data to the DPU.

Disclosed are an implantable flexible neural microelectrode comb, and a preparation method and implantation method therefor. The flexible neural microelectrode comb is mainly composed of a flexible substrate layer (), a flexible insulation layer (), and a metal connection wire layer () arranged between the flexible substrate layer () and the flexible insulation layer (); the flexible neural microelectrode comb comprises a filament structure (), a mesh structure (), a plane structure () and a bonding pad area () connected in sequence; electrode sites () are arranged on the filament structure (); bonding pads are arranged on the bonding pad area (); the metal connection wire layer () is composed of metal connection wires connecting the electrode sites () and the bonding pads; and the flexible insulation layer () is not arranged on the surfaces of the electrode sites () and the bonding pads. The prepared flexible neural microelectrode comb has a structure gradually changing from a filament to a mesh to a plane structure, thus improving mechanical stability during a deformation process. The mechanical properties of the implantable flexible neural microelectrode comb match brain tissue, the implantation footprint is small, an inflammatory response of the brain is avoided, and electrophysiological signals in the brain can be stably tracked and measured in a multi-site manner for a long time.

Implantable flexible neural microelectrode comb, and preparation method and implantation method therefor

A solid state molecular sensor having an aperture extending through a thickness of a sensing material is configured with a continuous electrically-conducting path extending in the sensing material around the aperture. A supply reservoir is connected to provide a molecular species, having a molecular length, from the supply reservoir to an input port of the aperture. A collection reservoir is connected to collect the molecular species from an output port of the aperture after translocation of the molecular species from the supply reservoir through the sensing aperture. The sensing aperture has a length between the input and output ports, in the sensing material, that is substantially no greater than the molecular length of the molecular species from the supply reservoir. An electrical connection to the sensing material measures a change in an electrical characteristic of the sensing material during the molecular species translocation through the aperture.

The present invention generally relates to nanotechnology and sub-microelectronic circuitry, as well as associated methods and devices, for example, nanoscale wire devices and methods for use in determining nucleic acids or other analytes suspected to be present in a sample. For example, a nanoscale wire device can be used in some cases to detect single base mismatches within a nucleic acid. In one aspect, dynamical information such as a binding constant, an association rate, and/or a dissociation rate, can be determined between a nucleic acid or other analyte, and a binding partner immobilized relative to a nanoscale wire. In some cases, the nanoscale wire includes a first portion comprising a metal-semiconductor compound, and a second portion that does not include a metal-semiconductor compound. The binding partner, in some embodiments, is immobilized relative to at least the second portion of the nanoscale wire.

The phosphor in the present invention can be represented as AO.aSiO.bAX:mEu,nR, wherein A is at least one metal element selected from a group consisting of Sr, Ba, Ca, Mg, and Zn; X is at least one halogen element selected from a group consisting of F, Cl, Br, and I; R is at least one element selected from a group consisting of Bi, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Gd, Tb, and Dy; 0.1&#x3c;a&#x3c;2, 0.005&#x3c;b&#x3c;0.08, 0.005&#x3c;m&#x3c;0.5, 0.005&#x3c;n&#x3c;0.5, and m+n&#x3c;1. The phosphor has excellent luminescent performance and good stability, wide excitation band, and adjustable emission wavelength. White or color LED can be obtained by combining the phosphor of the present invention with UV, purple or blue light LED chip.

The present invention generally relates to nanoscale wire devices and methods for use in determining nucleic acids or other analytes suspected to be present in a sample. For example, a nanoscale wire device can be used to detect single base mismatches within a nucleic acid (e.g., by determining association and/or dissociation rates). In one aspect, dynamical information such as a binding constant, an association rate, and/or a dissociation rate, can be determined between an analyte and a binding partner immobilized relative to a nanoscale wire. In some cases, the nanoscale wire includes a first portion comprising a metal-semiconductor compound, and a second portion that does not include a metal-semiconductor compound. The binding partner, in some embodiments, is immobilized relative to at least the second portion of the nanoscale wire, and the size of the second portion of the nanoscale wire may be minimized and/or controlled in some instances.

A solid state molecular sensor having an aperture extending through a thickness of a sensing region is configured with a sensing region thickness that corresponds to the characteristic extent of at least a component of a molecular species to be translocated through the aperture. A change in an electrical characteristic of the sensing region is measured during the molecular species translocation. The sensor can be configured as a field effect transistor molecular sensor. The sensing region can be a region of graphene including an aperture extending through a thickness of the graphene.
