A power supply device includes a power conversion module and a power regulating module. The power conversion module is configured to convert an AC electric power into a DC electric power. The power regulating module includes a microprocessor, a voltage-dividing resistor, a constant-voltage regulator, and a constant-current regulator. The voltage-dividing resistor is electrically connected to the setting resistor and the microprocessor. The constant-voltage regulator is electrically connected to the power conversion module, the dividing resistor, and the setting resistor; The constant-current regulator is electrically connected to the power conversion module and the microprocessor. A constant voltage is coupled to the dividing resistor and the setting resistor to impress a first adjustment signal and a second adjustment signal based on the setting resistor such that a driving signal outputted from the power regulating module to the power conversion module is adjusted to yield a desired voltage and a desired current.

A light emitting diode (LED) driving device with control based on LED setting resistance is disclosed. The LED driving device is applied to an LED lighting fixture having a setting resistor and is configured to modulate output voltage and output current according to the setting resistor to fit the power requirement of the LED lighting fixture. The LED driving device includes a power conversion module and a driving module. The driving module includes a microprocessor and controlling unit. The microprocessor is electrically connected to the LED lighting fixture for sensing the setting resistor and generates a controlling signal in accordance with the sensed setting resistor to the controlling unit. The controlling unit is electrically connected to the microprocessor and the power conversion module and configured to drive the power conversion module to modulate output current and output voltage according to the controlling signal.

Light emitting diode driving device with control based on LED setting resistance

An alternating light diode device is provided and includes a substrate, a rectifier and a light emitting diode. The rectifier, a bridge rectifier with four diodes, includes a first alternating terminal and a second alternating terminal receiving an alternating signal and a first electrode and a second electrode outputting a rectified signal. The light emitting diode is electrically connected with the first electrode and the second electrode. Furthermore, the rectifier and the light emitting diode are mounted on the hexagonal star-shaped aluminum substrate wherein the rectifier is arranged around the substrate.
