A source to facilitate precise vapor deposition in processes to obtain organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) in a display panel, includes forming a plurality of grooves on a first substrate; in filling organic light emitting materials into the grooves and providing a second substrate to receive the vaporized organic light emitting materials. The first substrate is aligned with the second substrate and the first substrate is heated to vaporize the organic light emitting materials in the grooves. The vapor deposition regions of the second substrate form an organic light emitting material layer after the deposition, the layer can then be used in an OLED display panel. The shadow effect is greatly reduced, a method for the procedure is also disclosed.

The present invention discloses a colorful board structure comprising a transparent substrate, an adhesive layer, a three-dimensional painted layer and a protective layer. The three-dimensional painted layer includes at least one colored layer and at least one transparent stacking layer including at least one raised part. The aforementioned colorful board structure is made of a multi-layer structure, and has the advantages of enhancing the stereoscopic effect of the pattern and the color expression. A method for manufacturing a vapor deposition mask includes providing a substrate including a plastic film. An electrostatic protection film is placed on a surface of the plastic film. The substrate combined with the electrostatic protection film is fixed on a frame and tension applied. The plastic film is etched to form at least one opening in the plastic film and the electrostatic protection film is removed, leaving a vapor deposition mask. The manufacturing method prevents movement during manufacture and moisture and scratches during vapor deposition, and particles (debris) or otherwise during etching are non-existent.

A display device comprised of OLEDs and micro LEDs which allows for blue light degradation of the OLEDs includes a first substrate and a second substrate in a double-decked configuration. First light emitting elements are located and spaced on the first substrate and second light emitting elements are located and spaced on the second substrate, the light emitting elements on the lower deck being staggered so as not to be hidden by the light emitting elements on the upper deck. The upper deck has openings (or is transparent) therein to allow egress of light from the light emitting elements of the lower deck. Each voice coil motor includes a lens holder having a holder body and a coil wound around the holder body, and two magnetic components respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the holder body and having the same magnetic poles facing each other. When the coil is energized, the coil interacts with the magnetic components to drive displacement of the holder body along a direction parallel to a normal direction of a plane of the arrangement direction.

The image sensing element is disposed on the circuit substrate. The actuator module includes a holder disposed on the circuit substrate. The lens assembly is movably disposed inside the holder. The light transmitting element is disposed inside the holder and between the lens assembly and the image sensing element. The holder has a plurality of first protrusion portions and first recess portions that are alternately arranged on the inner surface of the holder. The lens assembly has a plurality of second protrusion portions and second recess portions that are respectively corresponding to the first recess portions and the first protrusion portions and alternately arranged on the bottom side of the lens assembly.

The present invention discloses a method for assembling a camera module. The method includes putting plural conductive bumps on a conductive contact of a substrate such that a large conductive bump is formed, and pressing the substrate and an image chip together such that the conductive contact contacts with a pad formed on the image chip through the large conductive bump to combine the conductive contact and the pad. Since there is no contact between the substrate and the image chip but the large conductive bump, the method decreases the probability for fracture between the substrate and the image chip and improves the quality of the camera module.
