An example redundant power supply system comprises a power supply input to receive power from a power supply; a buck-boost converter coupled to the power supply input; and a controller coupled to the buck-boost converter. The controller is to receive a power supply identification signal from the power supply. The controller is also to enable or disable the buck-boost converter based on the power supply identification signal.

A docking station suitable for a portable device is provided. The docking station includes a base, a pivot assembly, a supporting board and an electrical connection module. The base includes a circuit board, wherein the circuit board has a ring-shaped circuit. The pivot assembly is pivotally connected to the base along a first axis. The supporting board is connected to the pivot assembly and adapted to support the portable device. The supporting board is rotated relative to the base when the pivot assembly is rotated along the first axis. The electrical connection module includes an electrical connection component and a plurality of connecting terminals. The electrical connection component is fixed on the pivot assembly and contacted with the ring-shaped circuit. The connecting terminals are fixed on the pivot assembly and connected to the electrical connection component. The portable device is adapted to be connected to the connecting terminals.

Docking station suitable for portable device

A portable electronic device including a main body and a connector module is provided. The main body has a central region and a fringe region. A thickness of the central region is greater than a thickness of the fringe region, and the central region has a containing cavity. The connector module is slidably disposed in the containing cavity of the main body, and moves between an operation position and an accommodation position in relative to the main body.

An electronic device suitable for connecting with an expansion assembly is provided. The electronic device includes a main body and an expansion module. The expansion module is pivoted to the main body and suitable for rotating relative to the main body between an operating position and an accommodating position. When the expansion module is located at the operating position, the expansion assembly is suitable of being electrically connected to the expansion module and providing a supporting force to the main body.

An electronic device includes a first housing, a first lock mechanism disposed in the first housing, a second housing, and a second lock mechanism disposed at the second housing. The first housing has a first surface. The second housing pivoted to the first housing is suitable for rotating relatively to the first housing. The second housing has a second surface and a third surface which are respectively disposed at the two opposite sides of the second housing. When the second surface is closed to the first surface and a first portion of the second slider is protruded from the second surface, the first portion is locked with the first lock mechanism. When the third surface is closed to the first surface and a second portion of the second slider is protruded from the third surface, the second portion is locked with the first lock mechanism.

A portable computer is disclosed. A triple-hinged supporting assembly, which is employed to connect a display unit with a mainframe unit in the portable computer, can easily change various operation positions of the display unit and even rotate 180&#xb0; to horizontal, so as to fill different requirements of a user.

An electronic device and a rotating structure thereof. The rotating structure comprises a base, a shaft, a rotating assembly, and a movable assembly. The shaft comprises a first groove, and is disposed on the base. The rotating assembly comprises a second groove, and is disposed on the shaft to be rotated among a first position, a second position, and a third position. The movable assembly comprises an engaging portion, and is disposed in the shaft to be moved between a fourth position and a fifth position. The engaging portion is located in the first groove. When the movable assembly is in the fourth position, the rotating assembly is between the first position and the second position. When the movable assembly is in the fifth position, the rotating assembly can be rotated to the third position.
