An apparatus for fabricating patterns using a laser diode is presented. The apparatus includes at least one laser diode, at least one lens and a mask having at least one pin hole, wherein light emitted from the laser diode is emitted through the lens and the pin hole to be focused on a first material layer.

Apparatuses for fabricating patterns using laser diode

Apparatuses for fabricating micro patterns using a laser diode array and methods for fabricating micro patterns are presented. The apparatus includes a laser diode array having at least one laser diode wherein light emitted from each laser diode is focused by a convex lens onto a second material layer attached to a first material layer. At least one driving shaft drives motion of the first and the second material layers. An adjustment means is used for adjusting the gap and pitch between adjacent laser diodes.

An elastic adjustable device is used for adjusting the flatness of the thermal print head module. A method and apparatus for manufacturing biochips. The apparatus includes a conveying device and a series of dispensers positioned at a series of dispensing positions above the conveying device. At least one substrate is disposed on the conveying device, and the conveying device successively moves each substrate below the series of dispensers. Each of the dispensers has a plurality of nozzles facing the substrate. Each of the nozzles dispenses a predetermined reagent onto the substrate; a plurality of reagents is dispensed on the substrate at each dispensing position.

Method and apparatus for manufacturing biochip

A micro-dispenser for dispensing predetermined amounts of fluids under the control of a controller. The micro-dispenser comprises a base and a high-density array of tube assemblies. The base, having a plurality of holes, is electrically connected to the controller. The tube assemblies, pre-filled with predetermined fluids, are detachably disposed in the holes and separately electrically connected to the base. The tube assemblies dispense the fluids through the base under the control of the controller. The tube assemblies are replaceable.
