The present disclosure includes a system for producing low carbon olefins and/or aromatics from raw material comprising naphtha. The system can include a reaction unit that includes a fast fluidized bed reactor, a stripping unit that includes a stripper, and a regeneration unit. The reactor unit is adapted to allow the catalytic cracking of naphtha and to output reaction unit effluent material (spent catalyst and product gas) into the stripping unit, which is adapted to output product gas. The stripping unit is connected to and in fluid communication with the regeneration unit such that the stripping unit supplies the spent catalyst from the reaction unit to regeneration unit. The regeneration unit is adapted to regenerate the spent catalyst to form regenerated catalyst. The regeneration unit is connected to and in fluid communication with the fast fluidized bed reactor such that, in operation, regenerated catalyst can be sent to the fast fluidized bed reactor of the reaction unit.

System for catalytic cracking of naphtha with mixed spent and regenerated catalyst

The present application discloses a molecular sieve-based catalyst modification apparatus. The apparatus comprises a feed unit, a modification unitand a cooling unitconnected in sequence; the feed unit comprises a catalyst feed unitand a modifier feed unit, a catalyst and a modifier are introduced into the modification unitrespectively by the catalyst feed unit and the modifier feed unit and are discharged from the modification unit after sufficient reaction in modification unit, and then enter the cooling unitfor cooling. The present application further discloses a use method for the molecular sieve-based catalyst modification apparatus. The use method comprises: introducing a catalyst and a modifier into the modification unitrespectively through the feed unit; wherein the catalyst is modified by the modifier in the modification unit, and then discharged to the cooling unitto cool until the temperature is lower than 50&#xb0; C., and then the cooled modified catalyst is transferred to any storage device.

Disclosed is a method for producing low carbon olefins and/or aromatics from feedstock comprising naphtha. The method can include the following steps: a) feeding feedstock comprising naphtha into a fast fluidized bed reactor; b) contacting the feedstock with a catalyst under conditions to produce a gas product and spent catalyst; c) separating the gas product to produce a stream comprising primarily one or more low carbon olefins and/or one or more aromatics; d) transporting the spent catalyst to a regenerator; e) regenerating the spent catalyst in the regenerator to form regenerated catalyst; and f) returning the regenerated catalyst to the fast fluidized bed reactor.

Method for the conversion of feedstock containing naphtha to low carbon olefins and aromatics

The present application discloses a method for partially regenerating a methanol to olefin catalyst, comprising: placing a deactivated methanol to olefin catalyst in a regenerator to carry out a partial regeneration reaction to obtain a regenerated catalyst; at least a portion of the regenerated catalyst has a coke amount of more than 1%. The present application discloses a methanol to olefin process, the methanol to olefin reaction is carried out in a fluidized bed with the use of a methanol to olefin catalyst, wherein at least a portion of the regenerated catalyst has a coke amount of more than 1%.

Method for partially regenerating methanol to olefin catalyst and methanol to olefin process

Disclosed are a fast fluidized bed reactor, device and method for preparing para-xylene and co-producing light olefins from methanol and/or dimethyl ether and toluene, with the reactor, device and method being capable of solving or improving the problem of competition between an alkylation reaction and an MTO reaction during the process of producing the para-xylene and co-producing light olefins from toluene and methanol, thus achieving a synergistic effect between the MTO reaction and the alkylation reaction. By controlling the mass transfer and reaction, the competition between the alkylation reaction and the MTO reaction is coordinated and optimized to achieve a synergistic effect, thereby increasing the conversion rate of toluene, the yield of para-xylene and the selectivity of the light olefins. The fast fluidized bed reactor comprises a first reactor feed distributor and a plurality of second reactor feed distributors, the first reactor feed distributor and the plurality of second reactor feed distributors are sequentially arranged along the gas flow direction in a reaction zone of the fast fluidized bed reactor.

Fast fluidized-bed reactor, device, and method using oxygen-containing compound for manufacturing propene or C4 hydrocarbon

A method and device for preparing propylene and C4 hydrocarbons from oxygen-containing compounds. The method includes returning 70 wt. % or more of the light fractions in the generated product to a dense phase zone of a fast fluidized-bed reactor from a reactor feed distributor at the bottom-most of the fast fluidized-bed reactor to react ethylene and the oxygen-containing compounds to perform an alkylation reaction in presence of a catalyst to produce products of propylene and the like, and circulating 80 wt. % or more of the hydrocarbons with 5 or more carbons into a catalytic cracking lift pipe to perform a cracking reaction to generate a product containing propylene and C4 hydrocarbons, which is subsequently fed into a dilute phase zone of the fast fluidized-bed reactor. The method and device of the present invention improve the reaction rate of ethylene alkylation, and the unit volume production capacity of reactor is high.

Method and device for manufacturing propene and C4 hydrocarbon

A method and device for preparing propylene and C4 hydrocarbons from oxygen-containing compounds. By circulating 80 wt. % or more of the hydrocarbons with five or more carbons in the product into a catalytic cracking lift pipe to perform a cracking reaction to generate a product containing propylene and C4 hydrocarbons, the method improves the reaction rate of ethylene alkylation, and the unit volume production capacity of reactor is high.
