A material testing machine, including a machine body, a first fixing element, a second fixing element and a detection assembly; the first and the second fixing elements are mounted to the machine body, the first fixing element is configured to mount a first testing element, and the second fixing element is configured to mount a second testing element; in a first state, the first and the second testing elements are in sliding contact; in a second state, the first fixing element drives the first testing element to collide with the second testing element; the detection assembly is configured to detect a target parameter, and in the first state, the target parameter includes a friction force and/or, a friction sound between the first and the second testing elements; and in the second state, the target parameter includes a collision force received by the first or the second testing element.

An equipment for sealing-performance test includes a housing, a fixed mechanism and a detection part; the housing is configured to accommodate the fixed mechanism, and an abutting part is formed in the housing and is configured to abut against an outer side of a sealing ring; the fixed mechanism includes a central rod, a plurality of fixed blocks and a driving assembly, the central rod extends along a direction parallel to the axial direction of the central rod, the plurality of fixed blocks are evenly disposed along a circumferential direction of the central rod, and the driving assembly is configured to drive the plurality of fixed blocks to move along a radial direction of the central rod; a test cavity and a detection cavity are formed in the housing, the test cavity is filled with a test fluid, and is separated from the detection cavity by the sealing ring.

A box is provided with a gas inlet pipe and a gas outlet pipe, the gas inlet pipe is communicated with a gas source, a detection device is communicated with the gas outlet pipe, the detection device is used to detect detection gas input into the box by the gas source, a sleeve is connected to the gas inlet pipe, one end of the sleeve is communicated with the gas source, the other end of the sleeve has a gas outlet, one end of a fitting piece is used to block the gas outlet, and the other end of the fitting piece is connected to a driving member, which is used to drive the fitting piece to move and rotate.

Test device for detecting sealing performance of one-way valve

A pressure-adjustable auxiliary control system for high-pressure gas sealing detection includes: a high-pressure chamber environment monitoring unit configured to construct high-pressure test gas sealing environment and to test sealing performance of a sealing member; a first gas pipeline divided into two branches, of which one branch is connected to the high-pressure chamber environment monitoring unit as a first gas replacement path; a second gas pipeline which is connected to a test gas pressurization path together with the other branch of the first gas pipeline, where a first booster pump processing unit and a second booster pump processing unit are sequentially arranged in the test gas pressurization path for pressurizing the test gas, and are connected to the high-pressure chamber environment monitoring unit; a system air control module configured for control of respective air control valves; and a booster pump air control module and a driving air source preprocessing unit.

A testing platform with a floating cylinder for high-pressure and high-speed reciprocating sealing experiment, characterized in that, includes a frame, a cylinder body for testing and a high-speed driving device, the frame comprises a horizontal rolling guide rail (), the cylinder body for testing comprises a cylinder, the cylinder is floatingly mounted on the rolling guide rail and is mounted to the frame through a tension-compression sensor which is in the same direction as the rolling guide rail, the cylinder is cylindrical as a whole, has a cavity in a middle and openings on two sides with a diameter slightly greater than a diameter of a test rod, the cylinder includes a left end cover affixed on a left side, a right end cover affixed on a right side, a left seal between the left end cover and the cylinder, a right seal between the right end cover and the cylinder, the piston rod penetrates into the cylinder horizontally and passes through the left end cover, the left seal, the right seal and the right end cover, the piston rod has one side connected to the high-speed driving device with a motor. The present invention can provide stable high-pressure and high-speed working conditions, can accurately measure the frictional force of the sealing ring, and provide more extensive experimental conditions and experimental data for the research of reciprocating sealing performance.
