The display panel further includes: a thin film transistor substrate; a plurality of ring-shaped retaining walls disposed on a part of the thin film transistor substrate corresponding to the peripheral area, and disposed around the opening area; and a filling layer disposed in the peripheral area. An irregularly-shaped display panel and a display device are disclosed. The irregularly-shaped display panel includes an encapsulation area arranged around an opening and an irregularly-shaped display area arranged around the encapsulation area. A plurality of undercut structures in the encapsulation area are spaced apart from each other. The undercut structures include at least one first undercut structure and at least one second undercut structure. The first undercut structure includes a continuous first undercut groove, and the second undercut structure includes a plurality of second undercut grooves separated from each other and a partition part located between the second undercut grooves.

Irregularly-shaped display panel and display device

An array substrate includes a base substrate, at least one inorganic film layer, and at least one organic soft film layer. The organic soft film layer is disposed on a side of the inorganic film layer adjacent to the base substrate, and a side surface of the organic soft film layer adjacent to the inorganic film layer has a wavy shape. By using the inorganic film layer to generate a compressive stress on the organic soft film layer, the organic soft film layer is wavy, and the inorganic film layer is also wavy, which reduces the stress concentration of the panel when bending, and improves the bending performance of the flexible display panel.

The present disclosure provides a flexible organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device and a fabrication method thereof, wherein the flexible organic light emitting diode (OLED) device includes a substrate, an array unit layer, a light-emitting device layer, and an encapsulation layer that are sequentially disposed. The encapsulation layer includes a first inorganic layer, a first organic layer and a second inorganic layer that are sequentially disposed. The second inorganic layer has a continuous wavy curved-configuration, and an interface between the second inorganic layer and the first organic layer has a continuous wavy curved-shape. The present disclosure is directed to a flexible OLED device using a novel outer inorganic layer to increase the contact area between the outer inorganic layer and the inner organic layer, thereby effectively reducing risks of breakage of the outer inorganic layer.

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel and a manufacturing method thereof, an OLED display device are provided, including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, where the OLED display panel also includes at least one ring-shaped barrier protruding from a surface of one side of the non-display area and surrounds the display area and at least one recess recessed on a top surface of the barrier. A cross-sectional shape of the recess includes, but is not limited to, a trapezoidal shape, an arc shape, or a V shape. The manufacturing method of the OLED display panel includes a substrate providing step, a barrier forming step, an exposure development step, and an imprinting step. The OLED display device includes the OLED display panel of any of the above.
