A system for facilitating evaluation of characteristics related to quality associated with a machine design may include a user input device configured to generate a query related to one or more characteristics related to quality associated with a machine design. The system may also include a display device configured display images, and a processor in communication with the user input device and the display device. The processor may be configured to receive a query from the user input device, access data representative of the machine design, and generate image data representative of characteristics related to quality associated with the machine design. The image data may be communicated to the display device to display a machine image including a color-coded representation of at least a portion of a machine and a textual image including textual representations of information related to the machine design.

Systems and methods for facilitating evaluation of characteristics related to quality

A method includes, with a processor executing computer-readable instructions stored within a memory device, displaying, on a display device and via at least one graphical user interface (GUI), a first interface element associated with a machine selection, receiving, via the first interface element, a first input comprising an indication of a machine, displaying, on the display device and via the at least one GUI, one or more second interface elements associated with tool parameters, receiving, via the second interface element, a second input comprising an indication of the tool parameters, determining, based at least in part on the machine and the tool parameters, one or more tools for use with the machine, and presenting, via the at least one GUI, a graphical representation of the one or more tools.

A method for evaluating part for additive manufacturing is provided. The method includes receiving data related to a set of printability factors associated with the part. The set of printability factors comprise at least: an availability of a three dimensional printer, a build density, a fraction of part to be printed, a print accuracy, a part complexity, and a number of parts needed. The method includes evaluating a printability index associated with the part based on at least three printability factors from the set of printability factors. Further, the method includes displaying the printability index associated with the part for the evaluation of the part for additive manufacturing.

System and method for evaluating additive manufacturing index

A method for tracking workers at a worksite is disclosed. The method includes acquiring a video of the worksite and detecting a movement of objects in the video. Each object is represented by a plurality of pixels. The method includes identifying an item associated with at least one object by clustering a set of pixels of the plurality of pixels based on a color of the set of pixels. Next, the method includes determining the item as a hard hat based on at least a shape of the set of pixels, and identifying the object as a specific worker based on the color of the set of pixels. The method also includes generating a movement data associated with the specific worker based on a tracking of the hard hat.
