The present disclosure provides methods for preparing a liposome composition. One of the methods includes the steps of: providing precursor liposomes encapsulating platinum-based precursors; and incubating the precursor liposomes with a salt solution to convert the platinum-based precursors to platinum-based drugs to form the liposome composition. The precursor liposomes are prepared by step of: hydrating the platinum-based drugs to form the platinum-based precursors; and adding the platinum-based precursors to a lipid bilayer vehicle to form the precursor liposomes. The liposome composition prepared by the methods shows improved encapsulation efficiency and enhanced drug loading capacity.

Liposome composition and preparation method thereof

A medical nanoparticle includes a core, an outer lipid layer, an inner lipid layer, a photosensitizer, and a nucleic acid. The core includes a bio-degradable ionic precipitate (BIP). The inner lipid layer is between the core and the outer lipid layer. The photosensitizer is between the inner lipid layer and the outer lipid layer, and the nucleic acid is at the surface of the core.

Nucleic acid, medical nanoparticle, and pharmaceutical composition thereof

A microscope monitoring device includes a pedestal, a flat light source, a microscope set, an image sensor, a motion stage and a controlling circuit board. The motion stage carries the microscope set and the image sensor and moves them according to a driving signal. Responding to a trigger signal, the image sensor senses the light passing through one or more culture tank on the multiple-well plate and the microscope set so as to generate an image signal. The controlling circuit board outputs the trigger signal and the driving signal to obtain an image of cells in the multiple-well plate. A microscope monitoring system including a server and the aforementioned microscope monitoring device is also provided.

Microscope monitoring device and system thereof

A cancer cell detection system includes a sample holder, a laser light source, a light detector, and a determine module. The sample holder holds a cell measurement component having metal nanoparticles, and a cell sample is on the cell measurement component. The laser light source illuminates the cell sample. The light detector detects a surface enhanced Raman scattering signal of the cell sample. The determine module selectively determines if the cell sample includes a cancer cell according to a signal intensity of a valid signal in a first Raman peak and a signal intensity of a valid signal in a second Raman peak. The first Raman peak is the signal position of the ring breathing mode of adenine, and the second Raman peak is the signal position of the stretching mode of adenine.
