An OLED device includes: a first substrate having a bonding surface; a second substrate having a first surface; a coloring unit including an OLED layer and optionally a color-transformation layer, the OLED layer being formed on a selected one of the first and second substrates, the color-transformation layer being formed on the second substrate; and a pixel circuit with TFT functions disposed on the first substrate and coupled to the OLED layer. The bonding surface of the first substrate and the first surface of the second substrate are in direct bonding.

An AMOLED free of TFT in the active area includes a first substrate; an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device disposed on the first substrate; a plurality of conductive lines disposed on the first substrate; and connected to the OLED device; and a driving device having TFT functions, connected to the OLED device through the conductive lines, configured to drive the OLED device, and disposed outside of the active area.

A display device includes a screen. The screen is arranged to display a modifying barcode having a plurality of modifying parallel bars. The screen has a pixel direction and a sub-pixel direction different from the pixel direction. An OLED device includes: a transparent substrate; a light-emitting stack including an anode layer, a cathode layer, and a functional layer, the anode layer including anode units, each of which has first and second anode elements that extend in a column direction and that are aligned with and spaced apart from each other along a row direction transverse to the column direction; an anode-connecting metallic layer stacked on the light-emitting stack; a cathode-connecting metallic layer stacked on the light-emitting stack; and bridging lines disposed in the light-emitting stack and extending in the row direction such that the first and second anode elements are electrically connected to each other through a respective one of the bridging lines.

Organic light emitting diode device

The present invention discloses a display with in-cell touch sensors comprising a first substrate, a second substrate, and a touch sensor disposed on the second substrate. A thin-film transistor (TFT) array is disposed on a surface of the first substrate, and a color pixel array is disposed on a surface of the second substrate. The TFT array faces and is aligned with the color pixel array. The touch sensor comprises a plurality of electrodes, a plurality of first leads, and a plurality of first pads. Each of the first leads is connected to one of the electrodes and one of the first pads. There are a plurality of second pads, a plurality of second leads, a plurality of connecting wires, and a plurality of terminal pads. Each of the second leads connects one of the second pads and one of the connecting wires. At least one of the connecting wires simultaneously and electrically connects several of the second leads. Each of the connecting wires electrically connects at least one of the terminal pads. Each of the first pads electrically connects one of the second pads.

A display pixel includes: a first stack including a transparent anode layer having first and second anode elements, a cathode layer, and a functional layer disposed between the anode layer and the cathode layer; a second stack disposed on the first stack and including an insulating layer and a conductive column line disposed on a surface of the insulating layer; a conductive bridging line disposed in the first stack and connected to the first and second anode elements; and an upper via unit including an upper contact via extending from the conductive column line into the first stack and connected to the bridging line or one of the first and second anode elements.
