The method includes: receiving a service request corresponding to a current subscriber identity card, when the current subscriber identity card is using a first service channel to communicate; establishing a second service channel to communicate, to respond to the service request, wherein the first service channel and the second service channel are both established based on the current subscriber identity card. By the method, the user's demand for implementing two or more routes of communication at the same time can be satisfied, and the user's experience is optimized greatly.

A multi-card user equipment and a method for processing its service are provided. The method includes, when receiving service request corresponding to a first subscriber identity card, implementing data transmission channel between user equipments and a network which is corresponding to the first subscriber identity card to process the service request; the data transmission channel corresponding to at least two of the subscriber identity cards shares a common wireless connection. The method includes: receiving an incoming call request from a first remote subscriber and setting up a call with the first remote subscriber based on a first service channel; and connecting the first service channel with a second service channel to forward service data of the first remote subscriber to a second remote subscriber and forward service data of the second remote subscriber to the first remote subscriber through the first and second service channels, wherein the first and second service channels are set up based on a current subscriber identity card. The method includes receiving a service request associated with a current subscriber identity card, and the service request comprises a called service request to a current subscriber which is identified by the current subscriber identity card, and in response to the service request, setting up a first service channel for making a call and playing a predetermined multimedia file based on an instruction of the current subscriber, and the first service channel is set up based on the current subscriber identity card. Further, the terminal may play the predetermined multimedia file to a remote terminal of the service request directly based on the first service channel, so as to make a personalized response to the service request, which may greatly improve operation experience of two subscribers of the call.
