The present disclosure may disclose methods and systems for treating an object. The method may include imaging an object fixed on a positioning device using an imaging device. The method may include obtaining a plan image of the object. The method may include generating information of a region of interest (ROI) of the object based on the plan image of the object. The method may include generating a treatment plan based on the information of the ROI. The treatment plan may include a plan isocenter on the plan image. The method may further include treating a target portion of the object based on the treatment plan using a treatment device. The object may be fixed on the positioning device from a moment that the object is started to fixed on the positioning device to an end of the treatment of the target portion.

Methods and systems for treating an object

Subject positioning systems and methods are provided. A method may include obtaining first information of at least part of a subject when the subject is located at a preset position, and determining, based on the first information, a first position of each of one or more feature points located on the at least part of the subject. The method may include obtaining, using an imaging device, second information of the at least part of the subject when the subject is located at a candidate position. The method may further include determining, based on the second information, a second position of each of the one or more feature points, a first distance between the first position and the second position for each feature point of the one or more feature points, and a target position of the subject based at least in part on the one or more first distances.

Subject positioning systems and methods

Medical systems and methods are provided in the present disclosure. The medical system may include a first medical device mounted on a first gantry. The first medical device may be configured to perform a first operation on a first region of an object. The medical system may also include a second medical device mounted on a second gantry. The second medical device may be configured to perform a second operation on a second region of the object. The second gantry may rotate relative to the first gantry. The first region may at least partially overlap the second region.
