The disclosure provides a preparation process of an allyl alcohol polyether with a low potassium and sodium content, comprising the following steps: reacting allyl alcohol with a mixture of epoxypropane and oxacyclopropane to prepare an allyl alcohol oligomer crude product with a molecular weight of 150-1500; reducing the total content of potassium and sodium ions in the allyl alcohol oligomer crude product prepared in step S1 to 2 ppm or less through a cation exchange resin; and reacting the allyl alcohol oligomer product treated in step S2 with the mixture of epoxypropane and oxacyclopropane to prepare allyl alcohol high-molecular-weight polyether with a molecular weight of 2000-5000. According to the present disclosure, the total content of potassium and sodium ions in the product is reduced to 2 ppm or less, and the product has a good double bond protection rate.

The present application discloses a low-viscosity silane-terminated resin for a sealant and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of sealants. The present application firstly uses an alcohol initiator, an alkali earth metal and epoxy alkane to synthesize a low-molecular-weight polymer, then adds a polymetallic cyanide catalyst and the epoxy alkane to synthesize a high-molecular-weight polymer, and finally adds carboxylate metal and isocyanate silane to react to obtain the silane-terminated resin. A short chain segment is successfully introduced into a molecule, and an original molecular crystal is destroyed, to achieve intramolecular plasticization, so that its molecular chain becomes flexible and is easy to move, thus the purpose of reducing viscosity is achieved.

Disclosed are to a supported catalyst used for synthesizing polyether amine, and a preparation method and use thereof. The supported catalyst introduces Mo and CeOinto Ni and Cu active components. By means of the cooperation of Ni, Cu and Mo, CeOand Ni form more active sites, such that the supported catalyst can have high reaction activity and selectivity. By using the supported catalyst to synthesize polyether amine, the amination efficiency and selectivity of polyether polyol can be greatly enhanced, thereby preparing the polyether amine with light color and narrow molecular weight distribution. In addition, the cost of the catalyst can be reduced, a process condition is relatively mild, and the disadvantage of low reaction activity of a nickel-based catalyst in synthesizing small molecule polyether amine can be overcome, such that the supported catalyst has a desirable industrial application prospect.

The refining process of a polyether is omitted, the process flow is greatly simplified, and the process time is effectively saved. In addition, the supported catalyst Rb-NHP may be recycled.

The present invention relates to a method for preparing 2-methylallyl chloride from 1,2-dichloroisobutane. The method is characterized in that 1,2-dichloroisobutane and a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution are used as raw materials; reactive rectification is performed in a combined rectifying tower to eliminate hydrogen chloride so as to obtain 2-methylallyl chloride. A plate tower is provided at the lower part of the combined rectifying tower; a packing tower is provided at the upper part of the combined rectifying tower; an inner reflux condenser is provided at the top of the combined rectifying tower. The sodium hydroxide aqueous solution is added from a first plate of the plate tower; and 1,2-dichloroisobutane is added from the middle part of the plate tower. The method has the advantages that the raw material 1 and 1,2-dichloroisobutane is fully converted; the selectivity of the 2-methylallyl chloride is high.
