The method includes the following steps: A starting preset position of the heavy pan-tilt performing a preset position cruise in a current unit rotation stage of a current pan-tilt cruise cycle is determined, where one unit rotation stage corresponds to one rotation; the starting preset position is taken as a stop starting point, and at least two stop preset positions of the heavy pan-tilt in the current unit rotation stage are determined from preset positions divided in advance, where two adjacent stop positions in the same unit rotation stage are spaced by a preset number of preset positions; and the heavy pan-tilt is controlled to rotate sequentially on the at least two stop preset positions of the current unit rotation stage.

A device for detecting posture change of a operation part in a camera and a method for restoring posture are disclosed. The device may include a photo interrupter and a photoelectric baffle structure including a plurality of baffle pieces fixed on a base. The baffle pieces may include a first baffle piece and remaining second baffle pieces of a length specification different from that of the first baffle piece, and there is a gap between two adjacent baffle pieces. An output signal from the photo interrupter changes according to the aligning relationship between the photo interrupter and the baffle pieces. One of the photoelectric baffle structure and the photo interrupter may follow the motion of an operation part of the camera while the other one remains unmoved, so that a posture change of the operation part may be detected based on the output signal from the photo interrupter.

The present disclosure provides a reversible powering device for an electronic equipment including a first power input port and a second power input port. Said reversible powering device including: a power input determining module configured to determine whether the first power input port or the second power input port of the electronic equipment has a power input respectively, and send a control signal to a switch controlling module if it is determined that the first power input port has a power input and the second power input port has no power input; and the switch controlling module configured to control a switch device according to said control signal such that the power input into the first power input port is output from the second power input port in a reverse direction to power another electronic equipment.

Reversible powering device

A video camera includes a first temperature sensor, a control logic circuit, a main system, a heating module, a fan and a power supply. After the power supply supplies power to the video camera, the first temperature sensor comes to be active, when the temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor is less than T1, the first temperature sensor outputs a control signal to the control logic circuit, which activates the heating module and the fan and prevents the power supply from supplying to the main system; and when the temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor is greater than T1, the first temperature sensor outputs a control signal to the control logic circuit which enables the power supply to supply to the main system and inactivates the heating module and the fan, and therefore, a normal activation and stable operation of the video camera at low temperatures are ensured.
