The display panel includes: a base substrate, an anode layer, a cathode layer, an organic functional layer and cathode signal lines, wherein the anode layer is located on the base substrate; the cathode layer is located on the side of the anode layer that faces away from the base substrate, and the orthographic projection of the cathode layer on the base substrate overlaps with both a display area and a non-display area; the organic functional layer is located between the anode layer and the cathode layer, and the orthographic projection of the organic functional layer on the base substrate overlaps with the display area; the cathode signal lines are located on the side of the organic functional layer that is close to the base substrate, and the cathode signal lines are located in the non-display area.

In the display substrate, at least a portion of a cathode is located in a display region; at least one driver chip is located in a non-display region; a first power supply signal line pattern is located in the non-display region and arranged on at least one side of the display region. The first power supply signal line pattern comprises a first transmission portion and a first wire inlet portion electrically connected to the first transmission portion. The first transmission portion extends in a first direction, and is electrically connected to the cathode. A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of sensing signal lines. The base substrate includes a display region including repeating units arranged in array, each repeating unit includes a transparent region and a pixel region arranged in a first direction. Two lines of repeating units are provided between adjacent two of the plurality of sensing signal lines, the two lines of repeating units extend along a second direction, and each of the plurality of sensing signal lines is connected with sub-pixel driving circuits of the plurality of sub-pixels of two lines of repeating units which are adjacent to the each of the plurality of sensing signal lines and extend along the second direction, and is configured to provide a reference voltage signal. The display substrate reduces the space occupied by the signal lines and improves the light transmittance.

The first electrode includes a second sub-electrode and a first sub-electrode. The first insulating layer has a first opening and a second opening. A portion of a side face of the first sub-electrode located on the second sub-electrode is covered by the first insulating layer. A display panel includes: a substrate, sub-pixels and a gate drive circuit. The sub-pixel includes a pixel drive circuit. The gate drive circuit includes cascaded shift registers, and a shift register is electrically connected to pixel drive circuits in a row of sub-pixels. The gate drive circuit further includes cascade input signal lines and cascade display reset signal lines. The cascade input signal line is configured to connect a shift signal terminal and an input signal terminal of two different shift register; and the cascade display reset signal line is configured to connect a shift signal terminal and a display reset signal terminal of two different shift register. The transparent display device includes a base substrate and a plurality of pixels arranged in an array form on the base substrate. Each pixel includes a transparent region and a display region, and a scattering structure for scattering light is arranged along a boundary between the transparent region and the display region.
