A backlight module includes a backplane, a light guide plate arranged in the backplane, a backlight source arranged in the backplane and located at one side of the light guide plate, a quantum dot rail arranged between the backlight source and the light guide plate, and a retention rack that is fixedly mounted to the backplane to receive and retain a first side of the quantum dot rail. The retention rack includes a trough section in the form of a concave recess receiving and retaining the first side of quantum dot rail therein. The quantum dot rail has a second side that is opposite to the first side and a reflection sheet is attached to the second side of the quantum dot rail such that the reflection sheet is opposite to the trough section of the retention rack mounted to the backplane.

Backlight module

The present invention provides a backlight module, which includes: a backplane (), a light guide plate () arranged in the backplane (), a backlight source () arranged in the backplane () and located at one side of the light guide plate (), a quantum dot rail () arranged between the backlight source () and the light guide plate (), and a retention rack () that retains the quantum dot rail (). The retention rack () is fixedly mounted to the backplane (). The retention rack () includes a trough section () formed therein to correspond to the quantum dot rail (). One side of the quantum dot rail () is mounted in the trough section () through adhesion. The backlight module according to the present invention includes a retention rack arranged therein to fixedly mount the quantum dot rail between the backlight source and the light guide plate of the backlight module so as to effectively enhance color saturation of the backlight module. The retention member has a simple structure and a low cost and can effectively protect the quantum dot rail to prevent undesired rotation and damage of the quantum dot rail caused by external forces.

A liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal panel and a collimated exit light backlight module. The liquid crystal panel includes a CF substrate, an array substrate, and a liquid crystal layer. The CF substrate has an upper surface on which an upper polarizer film is arranged. The array substrate has a lower surface on which a lower polarizer film is arranged. The upper polarizer film includes a view angle diffusion film arranged thereon. The collimated exit light backlight module includes two backlight sources, a metallic grating reflector plate, a wire grid polarizer, and an optic film assembly. The two backlight sources, the metallic grating reflector plate, and the wire grid polarizer collectively define a light guide chamber. The liquid crystal display device greatly improves light transmittance and light extraction efficiency and also effectively overcomes the issue of color deviation at a large view angle.

A package cushioning material for liquid crystal glass includes two air sack sheets arranged on and parallel with two major surfaces of a piece of liquid crystal glass and two scratch protection layers in the form of U-shaped channels formed of a foamed cushioning material and arranged at two opposite ends of the liquid crystal glass to separate the air sack sheets from the ends of the liquid crystal glass. The air sack sheet is formed by connecting a plurality of air sacks. The package cushioning material uses an air sack sheet as a basic cushioning material that is protected from being damaged by the corners of the ends of the liquid crystal glass by being separated from the corners of the liquid crystal glass by the scratch protection layers.

The package cushioning material for liquid crystal glass according to the present invention uses an air sack sheet as a basic material to be used in combination with scratch protection layers arranged at contact sites of the air sack sheet with the four corners of the liquid crystal glass so as to prevent the liquid crystal glass from scratching and breaking the air sacks thereby providing improved effect of cushioning and thus highly effective protection of the liquid crystal glass during transportation.

The present invention provides a cushioning carton, containing a plurality of cardboard materials, the cardboard materials include: a first cardboard layer; a second cardboard layer which is disposed in parallel with the first cardboard layer; at least one bubble bag layer which is disposed and bonded between the first cardboard layer and the second cardboard layer, to form cardboard materials. The cushioning carton of the present invention has a simple structure, easy installation, also can save costs, therefore solving the problem of the prior art cushioning carton having insufficient functionality on cushioning.

The present invention provides a joined back panel structure of a display device, which includes a first mounting member and a second mounting member that are L-shaped and a third mounting member and a fourth mounting member that are linear, the first mounting member having two end respectively connected to two ends of the second mounting member to form an enclosed outer frame, the third mounting member being disposed inside the outer frame and having two ends respectively connected to the first mounting member and the second mounting member, the fourth mounting member being disposed inside the outer frame and having two ends respectively connected to the first mounting member and the second mounting member so as to form a hollow back panel. The outer frame of the present invention has an improved structural strength and low cast and is easy to manufacture. It is possible to join mounting members that are manufactured by the same mold, after being properly cut, in order to form back panels of various sizes so that the production mold of back panel can be shared to thereby reduce material cost and mold cost.

The present invention provides a jointed liquid crystal glass panel package box, which includes a box body and a plurality of brackets mounted to the box body. The box body includes a frame and a hollow plate arranged inside the frame. The frame includes two opposite first frame members, two opposite second frame members, and four L-shaped connection members connecting between the first frame members and the second frame members. The two first frame members, the two second frame members, and the connection members circumferentially delimit a receiving compartment. The hollow plate is received in the receiving compartment. The brackets are mounted to the two first frame members and the two second frame members. The present disclosure belongs to the field of liquid crystal displays (LCDs), and more particularly relates to a packing device of a backlight module including a fixing frame, a rotating shaft, and a clamping piece which can rotate around the rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is fixed to the fixing frame. The clamping piece includes an upper arm and a lower arm, and the upper arm and the lower arm are respectively used for clamping upper and lower surfaces of the backlight module. When an opening formed by surrounding the upper arm and the lower arm is upward, one edge of the backlight module can be put above the lower arm. Then, the backlight module is slowly put down, and the lower arm of the clamping piece rotates around the fixing shaft under stress. When the opening formed by surrounding the upper arm and the lower arm of the clamping piece is in a horizontal direction, the lower arm comes into contact with the lower surface of the backlight module to form a supporting state, and the upper arm of the clamping piece is pressed against the upper surface of the backlight module. Thus, the backlight module is completely fixed. The packing device of the backlight module of the present disclosure can be up and down stacked, and the stress of each layer of backlight module is uniform. Thus, a problem of affecting optical quality of the backlight module due to gravity accumulation is solved.

The present invention discloses a backplane, a backlight module using the same, and an LCD device, wherein the backplane comprises a main frame which comprises a plurality of brackets, and bridges which are arranged on the brackets and used for fixing PCBs; the bridges can rotate relative to the fixed points of the bridges to the brackets. In the present invention, because the backplane forms a frame structure through a plurality of brackets and the frame is provided with the bridges used for installing components such as PCBs and the like, both of the brackets and the bridges can be formed by combining universal shaping pieces; the manufacturing cost is lower; a large number of materials are saved. Simultaneously, the bridges can rotate relative to the fixed points of the bridges to the brackets, so that the positions of hillocks on the bridges can be adjusted when the bridges rotate; and then, the hillocks correspond to the locking points of the corresponding PCBs to satisfy the needs of the PCBs of different dimensions and enhance the universality of the backplane.

The present invention provides a pallet, which includes a base board and first secondary boards movably coupled to two opposite sides of the base board, and first coupling axles connecting between the base board and the first secondary boards. Each first coupling axle includes a first base from which a first extension section extends. The first extension section forms first flexible engagement keys. The base board forms first receiving sections corresponding to the first bases and also forming first track channels corresponding to the first extension sections. Each first track channel forms therein first retention slots corresponding to the first flexible engagement keys. The first bases are movably received in the first receiving slots. The first flexible engagement keys are receivable in the first retention slots to retain the first coupling axles in the base board. The first extension sections have ends fixed in the first secondary boards.
