A power management method and a terminal device are provided, so as to prevent an ongoing service from being affected because of power saving. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a first operation, where the first operation is used to invoke a first application program; querying, by the terminal device, an association relationship between a power range and an application program, so as to determine whether the first application program to be invoked in response to the first operation is an available application program associated with a power range to which current remaining power of the terminal device belongs; and skipping invoking, by the terminal device, the first application program if the first application program is not an available application program associated with the power range to which the current remaining power belongs.

Power management method and terminal device

Disclosed is a multimode dual-path terminal, comprising an antenna, a first radio-frequency transceiving module which supports the receiving and transmitting of a radio-frequency signal of the first communication model, a second radio-frequency transceiving module which supports the receiving and transmitting of a radio-frequency signal of the second communication model, a first radio-frequency switch, a second radio-frequency switch, a third radio-frequency switch and a fourth radio-frequency switch, wherein the first path of a high-band transceiving path of the first radio-frequency transceiving module is connected to the antenna via the first radio-frequency switch, and the first path of a low-band transceiving path of the first radio-frequency transceiving module is connected to the antenna via the second radio-frequency switch; and a high-band transceiving path of the second radio-frequency transceiving module is connected to the antenna via the third radio-frequency switch, and a low-band transceiving path of the second radio-frequency transceiving module is connected to the antenna via the fourth radio-frequency switch.

Multimode dual-path terminal

A method and an apparatus for processing downlink signals in different sectors, which may be applied in processing downlink signals in a one or more sectored cell. The method and apparatus may include a Node B determining a sector where a mobile terminal, which has built a wireless link with the Node B, is located based on a current connection. The method and apparatus may allow Node B to separately schedule resources of the one or more sectors in the cell, and for one or more mobile equipment which has built a wireless link with the Node B. The method and apparatus allows Node B transmitting of downlink signals to this mobile terminal only in the sector where the mobile terminal locates currently, while processing downlink signals in different sectors. The method and apparatus can reduce downlink transmission power and improve network coverage quality.
