Shaver handle

A protective cover for a shaving cartridge, a shaving assembly including a cartridge and a protective cover, a razor having a razor handle and such a shaving assembly, a method of shaving with such a razor and a method of manufacturing such a protective cover. The protective cover includes a housing extending longitudinally along a longitudinal axis (A) and is provided with a comb and a trimming blade, the trimming blade having an elongated cutting edge and the comb having several teeth projecting obliquely to the longitudinal axis (A) and protruding forwardly with regard to the trimming blade.

A razor that includes an elongated hollow handle having a front end and a back end. The razor also includes a first razor head and a second razor head, which are both mounted on a support the support being mounted in the handle and slideable along the length of the handle between a first use position and a second use position. The first use position allows the first razor head to project outward from the front end of the handle to allow shaving, while the second razor head is retracted within the handle; the second use position allows the second razor head to project outward from the back end of the handle to allow shaving, while the first razor head is retracted within the handle. The use positions are preferably attained by a manually operable actuator for moving the razor head from one position to the other.

Razor having two slideable shaving heads

A razor handle made of a rigid core and a layer of compressible elastomeric material. The razor handle includes a head portion, located at the front end of the razor handle, and includes a bearing structure for connection to a razor head. The razor handle also includes a body portion having an upper surface, a lower surface opposite the upper surface, an upper front gripping area that includes a plurality of spaced projections protruding from the upper surface, and a lower front gripping area located opposite the upper front gripping area. The razor handle also includes a plurality of spaced projections protruding from the lower surface. The upper front gripping area is centered on a point located at a distance of at least 3 cm from a front end of the head portion.

Razor handle having ergonomic gripping areas

A razor that includes a handle having an axis, a first shaver head having one or more blades, mounted at a front end of the handle and a second shaver head mounted on a support mounted at a back end of the handle and pivotable with respect to the support between an open position and a closed position. In the open position, the support projects outward from the back end of the handle to allow shaving with the second shaver head and in the closed position, the support is retracted within the handle.

Razor head having two shaving heads

A razor handle having a rigid core and a layer of elastomeric material. The razor handle includes a head portion for connection to a razor head and an body portion. The body portion includes a first neck portion in the vicinity of the head portion, the first neck portion having opposite side gripping areas. Each side gripping area has a series of spaced fins made of elastomeric material, protruding from the rigid core. The rigid core defines a comb-like structure in which the spaced fins are imbricated.

Razor handle having ergonomic ribbed sides

A razor handle having a handle first end adjacent a razor head, a handle second end opposite the handle first end, an upper surface, a lower surface, and a handle length extending from the handle first end to the handle second end. The razor handle includes a rigid plastic base portion and a compressible portion. A plurality of ribs formed of the rigid plastic base portion and the compressible portion are included on the upper surface of the handle at the handle first end, each rib of the plurality of ribs having a rib first end, a rib second end, a center disposed at approximately the midpoint between the rib first and second ends, and a rib length extending from the rib first end to the rib second end. In addition, the center of each of the plurality or ribs is longitudinally aligned along the handle length.

Ergonomic razor handle provided with an improved grip

A razor that includes a handle having an axis, at least a first and a second shaving head, and a drum that includes the first and second shaving head. The drum is pivotally mounted onto the handle about an axis substantially perpendicular to the edges of the blades, the pivoting of the drum allowing at least a first configuration in which the first shaving head projects at a front end of the handle to allow shaving while the second shaving head is at least partly covered by the handle. In a second configuration, the positions of the first shaving head and second shaving head are reversed.
