A surface treatment method for a casing is disclosed, the casing being formed by the outer surface and four sidewalls of the casing. The surface treatment method includes a heat transferring film formed on the casing by a vacuum heat transfer process or a paint-drying process and a surface pattern layer formed on a portion of a surface of the heat transferring film opposite to the outer surface by a digital inkjet printer applying three different types of UV-curable ink.

Surface treatment method for casing

A surface treatment method for a composite surface of a basic casing is provided. The composite surface is cooperatively formed by an outer surface and four sidewalls surrounding the outer surface. The surface treatment method includes following steps. A heat transferring film is provided. A printing pattern film is formed on a portion of the heat transferring film via a digital inkjet printing process. The heat transferring film is formed on the composite surface via a vacuum heat transfer process, with edges of the heat transferring film being wrapped around the sidewalls and the printing pattern firm being attached to the outer surface.

Surface treatment method for composite surfaces

An automotive lamp system adapted for providing illumination for a vehicle includes an LED, a controlling motor and a reflecting mirror module. The reflecting mirror module is connected to the controlling motor via a driving shaft. The reflecting mirror module includes a first reflecting mirror and a second reflecting mirror. The first reflecting mirror is configured for reflecting the light generated from the LED to the second reflecting mirror. The second reflecting mirror is configured for reflecting the light reflected by the first reflecting mirror outside the vehicle. An angle of the reflecting mirror module relative to the LED is varied via the controlling motor. Thus, a direction of the light reflected outside the vehicle is varied.

Automotive lamp system

An electric power transmission system includes an electrical-optical conversion device and multiple photoelectric conversion devices converting electricity to light. The electrical-optical conversion device includes a high-voltage source, a laser diode unit, a light combiner, and multiple optical fibers. The laser diodes receive the high-voltage source. The light combiner includes multiple first input ends and multiple first output ends. A first optical fiber interconnects a laser diode and a first input end. An end of a third optical fiber optically connects to a first output end. Each photoelectric conversion device includes a second light splitter, further optical fibers, and a photodiode unit. The second light splitter includes a third input end and a plurality of third output ends. The third input end optically connects to another end of a third optical fiber. A fourth optical fiber optically interconnects a third output end and a photodiode.

Electric power transmission system

An optical-electric converting module includes a printed circuit board (PCB) and an optical-electric coupling element. The PCB includes a supporting surface, at least one laser diode, and at least one photo diode. The at least one laser diode and the at least one photo diode are positioned on the supporting surface and electrically connected to the PCB. The supporting surface defines at least one locating hole. The optical-electric coupling element includes a lower surface facing the supporting surface. The optical-electric coupling element defines a first cavity in the lower surface. The optical-electric coupling element includes at least one locating pole extending from the lower surface. The optical-electric coupling element is detachably connected to the supporting surface through the engagement of the at least one locating pole and the least one first locating hole, with each laser diode and each photo diode being received in the first cavity.

The main body includes a first surface and defines a receiving cavity in the first surface. The displaying substrate is rotatably received in the receiving cavity. The first projection surface is close to the receiving cavity. The projection unit is received in the receiving cavity. The reflection film is movably positioned on the second projection surface.

An exemplary LED table lamp includes a hollow lamp housing, a lamp base supporting the lamp housing, an LED module received in the lamp housing for emitting light, and a controlling module electrically connecting to the LED module for automatically adjusting a light intensity of the LED table lamp. The controlling module includes a sensor configured for sensing the light intensity of a working surface of the LED table lamp, and obtaining data corresponding to the light intensity of the working surface of the LED table lamp, a controller comparing the data obtained by the sensor with predetermined data and giving an adjusting order, and an adjusting member adjusting current supplied to the LED module according to the adjusting order from the controller.

An LED lamp includes a lamp body and a plurality of LED modules. The lamp body defines a pair of inserting holes in each of two opposite sides thereof. The LED modules each have a pair of inserting pins at a side thereof and a pair of inserting holes in an opposite side thereof. In assembly, the LED modules are electrically connected to the lamp body via inserting the inserting pins of the LED modules into the inserting holes of the lamp body and into the inserting holes of adjacent LED modules. In disassembly, the LED modules are detached from the lamp body and the adjacent LED modules via pulling the inserting pins of the LED modules out of the inserting holes of the lamp body and the adjacent LED modules.

A driverless vehicle capable of being steered, and includes a number of driven wheels, a steering linkage assembly, and a steering controlling system. The steering controlling system includes a steering wheel, a number of light receivers, a fixing ring, a number of light emitters, a controller, and a processor. The steering linkage assembly is coupled with the driven wheels and the steering wheel. The light receivers are positioned on the steering wheel. The fixing ring positions the light emitters corresponding to the light receivers. The controller controls only one of the light emitters emitting light rays each time. The processor determines a turning direction and a turning angel according to a location of a current light receiver and a location of a preceding light receiver. The steering wheel steers the driven wheels to turn according to the turning direction and the turning angle.

A sound-measuring device for measuring average amplitude of sound waves of a sound-emitting device is provided. The sound-measuring device includes an integration circuit, a laser diode, a driver configured to drive the laser diode to emit a laser beam, a storage unit, a light sensing unit, a first optical fiber and a second optical fiber aligned with the first optical fiber. The first optical fiber is placed on the sound insulating film. The sound waves of the sound-emitting device causes the insulating film to vibrate thereby the vibration of the insulating film causing misalignment between the first optical fiber and the second optical fiber. The integration circuit calculates an insertion loss value between the portion of the laser beam and the laser beam from the laser diode, and determines average amplitudes of the sound waves according to the table and the calculated insertion loss value.

An exemplary vehicle lamp includes a laser lighting source for emitting a laser beam, a rotor, and a reflector having a reflecting surface. The laser lighting source is mounted on the rotor. The laser beam function as a spot light and illuminates each time a part of the reflecting surface. The laser lighting source rotates rapidly with the rotor to change the illuminated part of the reflecting surface. Human eyes have visual lag. The laser lighting source rotates fast enough to have the laser beam illuminates sequentially every parts of the reflecting surface rapidly. The laser beam is reflected to form a surface illumination recognized by the human eyes to illuminate a front of the vehicle.

An optical charger includes a fixing block, a number of light receivers, a substrate, and a number of light emitters. The fixing block is used for receiving a battery. The light receivers are fixed on the fixing block. The battery is electrically connected to the light receivers. The substrate has a loading surface for loading the fixing block. The light emitters are positioned on the substrate and face the light receivers. The light emitters are electrically connected to an external power supply, and are used for converting electrical energy from the external power supply into optical energy and emitting light rays. The light receivers are used for receiving the light rays from the light emitters, and converting optical power of the light rays into electric energy. The battery receives and stores the electric energy.

An optical signal transmission device is used for transmitting optical light rays from a number of light emitters to a number of light receivers, and includes a substrate, a number of first optical waveguide elements, a number of second optical waveguide elements, a number of reflectors, and an integrated circuit. The substrate has a first side surface for positioning the light emitters, and a second side surface for positioning the light receivers. The light emitters and the light receivers are corresponding to the first optical waveguide elements. The second optical waveguide elements intersect with the first optical waveguide elements to form a number of hollow junctions for receiving the reflectors. Each reflector can rotate around a rotating shaft thereof in the corresponding hollow junction to change the optical transmission path of light rays from the light emitters. The integrated circuit controls rotating angles of the reflectors.

The shell includes a front surface, a rear surface facing away from the front surface, and a top surface.
