The present invention relates to a system for jointly producing erythritol and liquid sorbitol by using a corn starch, including a liquefaction tank, a saccharification tank, a filter and a nanofiltration assembly. The liquefaction tank is used to perform liquefaction for the corn starch, the saccharification tank is used to perform saccharification for the liquefied material, the filter is used to filter out impurities in the saccharified material to obtain a glucose liquid, and the nanofiltration assembly is used to perform nanofiltration for the filtered glucose liquid to respectively obtain a dialysate and a concentrate. The system further includes a fermentation and crystallization assembly for performing fermentation and crystallization for the dialysate to prepare crystalline erythritol, and a hydrogenation and evaporation assembly for performing hydrogenation and evaporation for the concentrate to prepare liquid sorbitol. The present invention further provides a method of jointly producing erythritol and liquid sorbitol by using a corn starch. The present invention not only improves the purity of erythritol but also obtains liquid sorbitol, thus improving the utilization value of the corn starch.

The neutralizing unit includes a raw material tank, a neutralizing concentrated sulfuric acid pump and a neutralizing pipeline mixer, the acid-adjusting unit includes an acid-adjusting concentrated sulfuric acid pump, an acid-adjusting pipeline mixer and an acid-adjusting tank, the feeding unit includes a feed tank, the liquefaction ejecting unit includes a liquefaction ejector and a liquefaction maintainer, the feed and discharge heat-exchanging unit includes a plate-type teed and discharge heat exchanger and a first discharge temperature sensor, and the discharge controlling unit includes a discharge valve and a reflux valve. The obtained xylose liquid exchanges heat with the hemicellulose liquid in the plate-type feed and discharge heat exchanger to decrease a temperature of the xylose liquid, whereas a temperature of the hemicellulose liquid is increased. Further disclosed is a method using the system. The simultaneous feed and discharge heat exchanges greatly reduce energy consumption, and feed and exchange are continuously run, thereby improving the production efficiency and simplifying manual operations.

The embodiments of the present disclosure provides a method of co-producing erythritol and arabinose by using a xylose mother liquor, wherein an extract and a raffinate are obtained by separating the xylose mother liquor through a first chromatography, the extract is configured to prepare crystallized xylose, the raffinate and the liquid glucose or crystallized glucose are blended and erythritol is produced by using awith high osmotolerant and a high conversion rate. erythritol crystals are obtained by centrifugation and crystallization first by using characteristics of low solubility degree and easy crystallization of the erythritol, the arabinose raffinate having a high content of arabinose is obtained by separating a centrifuged erythritol mother liquor through a second chromatography, and arabinose crystals are obtained based on the arabinose raffinate.

Methods for co-producing erythritol and arabinose by using xylose mother liquor

The present invention relates to a xylitol preparation device integrating evaporation, crystallization and centrifugation, including a xylitol tank, a cleaning liquid tank, a recycling tank and a multiple distribution system, wherein the multiple distribution system includes J groups of evaporators for evaporation concentration, K groups of vacuum crystallization kettles for vacuum crystallization and L groups of centrifuges for centrifugation, wherein 2&#x2264;J&#x2264;6, 6&#x2264;K&#x2264;12 and 2&#x2264;L&#x2264;4; the evaporator, the vacuum crystallization kettle and the centrifuge in different groups are sequentially connected in series with one another through a pipeline and a valve respectively; by controlling on and off of each valve, a xylitol exchange liquid is switched and controlled between a series-connection mode and a parallel-connection mode in the multiple distribution system to enable evaporation, crystallization and separation processes to reach an optimal effect distribution so as to improve productivity. The present invention further discloses a control method of the device. The processes and equipment of the present invention are highly integrated to realize continuous integrated production of xylitol preparation with low energy consumption and high automation degree, and full utilization of raw materials.
