The present invention belongs to the technical field of green catalysis and biosynthesis, and particularly relates to a carbon-based microreactor, and a preparation method and application thereof. According to the present invention, a carbon-based microchannel monolithic column is prepared by utilizing a graded pore structure of regular channels of natural wood in combination with an inorganic salt supporting framework, temperature programmed accurate carbonization and other methods, and then, the multiple advantages of the carbon monolithic column, the microreactor, and immobilized enzyme/chemical catalyst are fully played from the view of key technologies such as carbon-based microreactor construction, operation control, etc. The microreactor has the advantages of low cost, easy access, simple preparation, high flux, high mass and heat transfer efficiency, environmental friendliness, easy mass production, continuity, automation, suitability for homogeneous and heterogeneous reactions, high product quality, and long-term stable operation.

The present invention discloses a method for site-directed modification of whole plant through gene transient expression. The method as provided for conducting site-directed modification to a target fragment of a target gene in a whole plant comprises the following steps: transiently expressing a sequence-specific nuclease in said plant, wherein a whole plant is used as the subject for transient expression, said sequence-specific nuclease targets and cleaves said target fragment, thereby the site-directed modification is achieved via the self DNA repairing of said plant. In the present invention, tissue culture is omitted by transient expression of the sequence-specific nuclease; mutation is obtained at whole plant level; the method is independent of the genotype and recipient, and thus can be applied to various varieties of various species; T1 mutants can be obtained directly and the mutation can be stable inherited; more importantly, the mutant plant as obtained is free of exogenous genes, and thus have higher bio-safety.

A fault current limiter, including: two inductors, a direct current circuit breaker, a shunt resistor, a first fixed resistor, and metal oxide arresters. The two inductors include wound superconducting wires. The inductors have identical number of windings and identical structure. Magnetic fluxes of the inductors are forward coupled, and the inductors are connected in parallel to form a superconducting inductor structure. The direct current circuit breaker and the superconducting inductor structure are connected in series to form a series branch. The shunt resistor is connected in parallel to the series branch. The first fixed resistor is connected in parallel to the direct current circuit breaker. The metal oxide arresters are two in number, and are connected to two ends of the inductors in parallel.
