The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-generation (4G) system with a technology for internet of things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The present disclosure discloses a transmission method and device. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a communication system is provided. The method includes: receiving, by the UE, configuration information from a base station, and determining a first number of connections scheduled by the base station based on the configuration information; determining a second number of connections that UE can establish simultaneously based on a first rule; selecting a second number of connections from the first number of connections based on a second rule.

Transmission method and device in a wireless communication system

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods and apparatus for configuring channel resource. A method performed at a network node may comprise: determining (S) a need to change radio frequency of a cell served by the network node; determining (S) whether a configuration for channel resource to which the radio frequency to be changed has been received by a terminal device served in the cell; and transmitting (S), to the terminal device, an indicator for the configuration for the channel resource, in response to that the configuration for the channel resource has been received by the terminal device.
