Busbar assembly

A receptacle includes a conductive seat and a contact unit. The conductive seat has a body portion and two supporting portions, the body portion has a front end, a rear end and two side ends, the body portion is formed with a passageway which is positioned between the front end and the rear end, the two supporting portions integrally extend outwardly from the two side ends respectively, each supporting portion has a mounting surface which is positioned at a bottom portion of the supporting portion and a plurality of connecting legs which extend downwardly from the mounting surface. The contact unit is provided in the passageway of the body portion.

Receptacle having a conductive seat for coupling to a circuit board

A cable-end connector, a board-end connector and an assembly thereof are provided. The assembly of the cable-end connector and the board-end connector includes a cable-end connector and a board-end connector. The cable-end connector includes an outer casing, a first contact member, a second contact member, two cables and a first locking structure. The board-end connector is used to mate with the cable-end connector, and the board-end connector includes a circuit board, a third contact member, a fourth contact member and a second locking structure. By that the first contact member and the second contact member are arranged diagonally and the third contact member and the fourth contact member are arranged diagonally, the cable-end connector and the board-end connector can be reduced in width along a lateral direction, and designed spaces respectively for the first locking structure and the second locking structure can be reserved, in turn a space of the cable-end connector and a space of the board-end connector can be used effectively.

Cable-end connector, board-end connector and assembly thereof

An electrical connector has an insulative body, a group of first conductive terminals and a group of second conductive terminals fixed to the insulative body, a grounding metal plate and an outer shielding shell. A front part of the shell forms a first mating cavity and a rear part of the shell forms a second mating cavity. An insertion space is formed between elastic extending arms of the first terminal group and elastic extending arms of the second terminal group. An electrical connector combination, which includes the electrical connector and a circuit board, is further provided. An inserted portion of the circuit board can be correspondingly inserted into the insertion space and can be elastically interposed by the elastic extending arms of the first terminal group and the elastic extending arms of the second terminal group so as to be correspondingly electrically connected.

Electrical connector

A high-current connector and a high-current connection device, the high-current connection device comprises a circuit board and at least one group of (two) high-current connectors. Each high-current connector comprises a conductive mating member and a conductive combined shunt. The conductive mating member has a main body and an alignment soldering leg, the main body is formed as a columnar body and has a bottom surface and a top surface, the alignment soldering leg integrally extends from the bottom surface and protrudes from the bottom surface. The conductive combined shunt has a base portion combined with the main body and a plurality of shunt pins extending from at least two opposite sides of the base portion, and the plurality of shunt pins are positioned on both sides of the alignment soldering leg. The alignment soldering leg of the high-current connector is inserted into and electrically connected to the middle conductive holes of the circuit board, and the shunt pins of the high-current connector are respectively inserted into and electrically connected to the first conductive holes of the circuit board.

High-current connector and high-current connection device

An electrical connection device comprises: a receptacle connector and a plug connector. The receptacle connector comprises a receptacle body, a front guide-positional limiting portion, a rear guide-positional limiting portion and a first latching member. The plug connector removably mates with the receptacle connector, and comprises a plug body and a second latching member, when the plug connector mates with the receptacle connector, the second latching member of the plug connector is latched to the first latching member of the receptacle connector and limited by the front guide-positional limiting portion, and the rear guide-positional limiting portion of the receptacle connector engages with a recessed portion of the plug connector, so that two side walls of the plug connector are respectively exposed to two side openings of the receptacle connector and generally flush with two side walls of the receptacle connector.

Electrical connection device

A power connection apparatus assembly has first and second power connection apparatuses. The first apparatus includes a connecting unit and a first circuit board. The connecting unit has a conductive member and a positioning member, the conductive member has a mounting plate portion and an inserting plate portion bending from the mounting plate portion and extending. The mounting plate portion has a positioning hole, the positioning member has a flat plate portion cooperating with the mounting plate portion and a protruding post protruding from the flat plate portion to correspondingly pass through the positioning hole. The first circuit board has an insertion hole corresponding to the positioning hole in position to allow the protruding post to insert therein, the protruding post of the positioning member passes through the positioning hole of the mounting plate portion of the conductive member and inserts into the insertion hole so that the mounting plate portion and the first circuit board are positioned relative to each other. The second apparatus has a second circuit board and an electrical connector corresponding to the connecting unit. The inserting plate portion of the conductive member may insert into an insertion slot of the electrical connector, and after the conductive member and the electrical connector has mated with each other, the first circuit board and the second circuit board are parallel to each other.

Power connection apparatus assembly and power connection apparatus

An electrical connector suitable to mate with another mating connector comprises an combined body, a grounding metal plate and an outer shielding shell. The combined body comprises a first terminal module and a second terminal module. The first terminal module has a first insulative piece and a plurality of first terminals. The first insulative piece has a first base portion and a first tongue portion. Each first terminal forms a first mating portion and a first soldering portion. The second terminal module has a second insulative piece assembled with the first insulative piece and a plurality of second terminals. The second insulative piece has a second base portion and a second tongue portion. Each second terminal forms a second mating portion and a second soldering portion. The grounding metal plate is interposed between the first terminal module and the second terminal module. The outer shielding shell surrounds an outer space of the first tongue portion and an outer space of the second tongue portion, and forms a mating cavity for insertion of the mating connector.

A light emitting device and a holder thereof are provided, the light emitting device comprises a light emitting module, a holder, and a heat dissipate member formed with fastening holes in a surface thereof. The light emitting module comprises a substrate, a light emitting package, and at least two contact pads. The holder comprises a body, a bracket, at least two terminals pressed against the corresponding contact pads, and at least two latching members. The body has a top surface, a bottom surface, and a receiving opening and a plurality of fixing holes which penetrate through the top surface and the bottom surface. The receiving opening comprises an upper opening and a lower opening formed in the bottom surface of the body. The bracket is connected with the body and provided to the receiving opening for the light emitting module to abut against. By that the latching members are provided alongside the lower opening of the bottom surface of the body, when the light emitting module is assembled into the receiving opening, the latching members completely latch and fix the substrate into the receiving opening, so as to make the light emitting module not easily disengaged from the holder before the whole assembling is completed.

Light-emitting device and mount therefor

An electrical connection device comprises an electrical connector. The electrical connector comprises: an insulative body; a plurality of conductive terminals provided to the insulative body; a metal shell surrounding the insulative body and an outer shielding member. The metal shell comprises a top portion, two openings respectively formed at two sides of the top portion and two first ground pieces positioned opposite to a side where the top portion is present and extending outwardly respectively from the two openings. The outer shielding member comprises a main body transversally provided on the top portion of the metal shell and covering the two openings and two second ground pieces respectively extending outwardly from two ends of the main body, the two second ground pieces each have a penetrating hole penetrating from a top surface to a bottom surface. At least a part of each penetrating hole of the two second ground pieces receives the corresponding first ground piece. By that the outer shielding member covers the two openings of the metal shell, EMI may be prevented from being produced.

An illumination device comprises a holder, a plurality of light emitting elements, a translucent cover and a lamp cap structure. The holder comprises a heat dissipating base body and a carrying unit. The carrying unit is connected to a top portion of the heat dissipating base body and comprises a carrying base body, a circuit pattern and a heat dissipating pattern, the circuit pattern and the heat dissipating pattern are directly formed to a surface of the carrying base body, the circuit pattern has a plurality of mounting positions, the heat dissipating pattern at least extends from a region close to the mounting position to a region where the heat dissipating pattern can contact the heat dissipating base body. The plurality of light emitting elements are respectively provided at the plurality of the mounting positions and establish an electrical connection with the circuit pattern.

LED device

An electrical connection device and a terminal are provided. The electrical connection device includes first and second connectors. The first connector includes an insulating body and a plurality of blade-type terminals. The insulating body has a base portion and two ear portions, an inner wall surface of the ear portion has a first guide groove which is perpendicular to the base portion and a second guide groove which is parallel to the base portion. The second connector includes an insulating housing and a plurality of elastic terminals. The insulating housing has a mating portion and a protruding rail, the mating portion has a plurality of terminal grooves respectively provided with the elastic terminals. When the connectors are mated, each contact portion can contact the guide portion of the corresponding elastic terminal and then contact the contact portion of the corresponding elastic terminal to prevent the elastic terminal from being damaged.

UVA battery connector

An electrical connector comprises an insulative housing, a positioning member and a plurality of first terminals. The insulative housing has a tongue. The positioning member is embedded in the tongue and has a main body. The plurality of first terminals are held by the main body of the positioning member and embedded in the insulative housing. The tongue exposes a flat plate-like contact portion of each first terminal.

Connector for wearable device

A plug connector comprises a housing, a plurality of first terminals, a plurality of second terminals and a pair of side plates. The housing has a base and a tongue extending forwardly from the base. The base has a mating limit portion connecting the tongue. Each first terminal has a resilient contact portion extending out of a plate surface of the tongue. Each second terminal has a flat plate contact portion positioned along and exposed from the plate surface and positioned in front of the resilient contact portions. The pair of side plates are provided, one along each side of the tongue, and the two side plates extend along a first, for-aft, direction above the plate surface so as to help protect the resilient contact portions.
