A calcined hierarchical porous composite includes a carbon-based material, a bio-carrier material including biflavonoid and triterpenoid, and a layered double hydroxide. The carbon-based material includes graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide, and a combination thereof. The bio-carrier material includes biflavonoid and triterpenoid, and is configured for carrying the carbon-based material therein so as to form a precursor structure. The layered double hydroxide has phosphate-specific active sites, and is formed on the precursor structure. A method for making the calcined hierarchical porous composite is also disclosed.

The bobbin includes: a main body having a hollow portion for accommodating the leg of the magnetic core, and winding therearound a conductive wire to form the coil set, wherein the conductive wire has an unwound free end extending from the coil set; a cover plate disposed at an end of the main body and configured as a flange so as to define a winding space for accommodating the coil set; and an ingress-protective structure disposed in the winding space and separating the coil set from the cover plate.

A memory device, a source line voltage adjuster and a source line voltage adjusting method thereof are provided. The source line voltage adjuster includes an operation amplifier, a current drainer and a current generator. The operation amplifier includes a first input end coupled to a common source line and a second input end for receiving a reference voltage. The operation amplifier generates an bias voltage. The current drainer drains a drain current from the common source line according to the bias voltage. The current generator provides an output current for the common source line. The current generator generates a first current according to the bias voltage, and generates a second current according to a reference current. The current generator generates the output current according to a difference of the second current and the first current.

A multi-layer wiring structure includes a first conductive structure, a second conductive structure and an insulating layer. To manufacturing the multi-layer wiring structure, a first conductive structure and a second conductive structure are provided. The first conductive structure and the second conductive structure include a plurality of wiring patterns. Then, the insulating layer is disposed between the first conductive structure and the second conductive structure. The insulting layer is thinner than the first conductive structure or the second conductive structure. The first conductive structure, the insulating layer and the second conductive structure are laminated to form the multi-layer wiring structure. A planar magnetic element having a compact coil manufactured by the method is also provided.

One aspect of the technology is a memory device comprising a memory array, a sense circuit, and temperature compensated bias circuitry. The memory array is electrically coupled between a bit line bias circuit and a common source line. The bit line bias circuit generates a temperature compensated sense current through the memory array. The temperature compensated bias circuitry controls the bit line bias circuit to generate the temperature compensated sense current through the memory array.
