An electronic device includes a substrate and a transistor disposed on the substrate. The gate insulating layer has first contact holes and second contact holes. The first electrode and the second electrode are disposed on the gate electrode and respectively contact the semiconductor layer through the first contact holes and the second contact holes. A display device having a first region, a second region, and a third region set between the first region and the second region is provided. The display device includes a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel, and a first signal line. The first sub-pixel is arranged in the first region. The second sub-pixel is arranged in the second region, the area of the first sub-pixel is larger than the area of the second sub-pixel. The first signal line is arranged in the first region and the third region, and is electrically connected to the first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel. At least a part of the first signal line extends in the first direction in the first region. At least another part of the first signal line extends in the second direction in the third region. The first direction is different from the second direction.

The disclosure provides a display device and another display device. The display device includes a display panel. The display panel has a functional display area. The functional display area includes a pixel. The pixel includes a white pixel and multiple display pixels. The display pixels surround at least a part of the white pixel, and the white pixel includes a pixel electrode. The another display device includes another display panel. The another display panel has a functional display area, and the functional display area includes a pixel and a signal line. The pixel includes a white pixel and multiple display pixels. The signal line includes a branch, and the branch is electrically connected to one of the display pixels. The display device and the another display device of the disclosure is capable of reducing the problem of diffraction or having a better optical sensing effect.

An electronic device and a scan driving circuit each including a shift register and a demultiplexer are provided. The demultiplexer is electrically connected to the shift register. The demultiplexer includes at least one scan unit. The at least one scan unit includes a switch circuit and a buffer. An input terminal of the buffer is electrically connected to the switch circuit. An output terminal of the buffer is electrically connected to a scan line.

Electronic device and scan driving circuit

A manufacturing method of an electronic device and an electronic device are provided. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: providing a substrate; forming a plurality of signal lines and a testing circuit on the substrate, wherein the testing circuit includes a plurality of output channels electrically connected to at least a portion of the plurality of signal lines; performing a testing process; and optionally isolating the testing circuit from the at least a portion of the plurality of signal lines. The testing process includes: providing a signal; processing a plurality of testing signals by processing the signal via the testing circuit; and transmitting the plurality of testing signals to the at least a portion of the plurality of signal lines via the plurality of output channels. The plurality of output channels are less than the plurality of signal lines in quantity.
