A display panel includes: a substrate, and a plurality of pixel circuits, an initial signal line and a plurality of light-emitting devices that are disposed on the substrate. The initial signal line is coupled to the plurality of pixel circuits, and includes a plurality of first signal lines and a plurality of second signal lines, the plurality of second signal lines are farther away from the substrate than the plurality of first signal lines, and the plurality of first signal lines are coupled to the plurality of second signal lines. Each light-emitting device of the plurality of light-emitting devices is coupled to a pixel circuit of the plurality of pixel circuits, the light-emitting device includes a first electrode, and orthographic projections of first electrodes of the plurality of light-emitting devices on the substrate do not overlap with orthographic projections of the plurality of second signal lines on the substrate.

A display motherboard and a manufacturing method of a display substrate are provided. The display motherboard includes: a substrate including a valid area and an edge area, the valid area including a plurality of panel areas and a to-be-cut area, and the panel area including a display area and a frame area; multiple first power lines in each display area and the edge area and extending along a first direction; multiple first display electrodes in each display area and multiple virtual electrodes in the edge area, the first display electrodes and the virtual electrodes being in the same layer; wherein an orthographic projection of each first display electrode on the substrate overlaps an orthographic projection of at most one first power line on the substrate, and an orthographic projection of each virtual electrode on the substrate overlaps orthographic projections of at least two first power lines on the substrate.

A pixel region is provided with a light emission function layer on a base substrate of the display substrate, and a separation region is provided with at least one first barrier structure. The first barrier structure includes a stopper pattern and a first separation component. A side surface of the first separation component has a recess, and a portion of the light emission function layer extending to the separation region is disconnected on the side of the first separation component. The separation region is provided with an inorganic layer structure on the base substrate. Provided are a display panel and a display device. An isolation dam is provided in a peripheral area of the display panel. The display panel includes: a display functional layer comprising a plurality of display signal traces; and a touch-control functional layer comprising a plurality of touch-control signal traces. On the binding side, there are a first boundary and a second boundary, and a first trace area located between the first boundary and the second boundary, the first boundary is closer to the display area than the second boundary. In the first trace area, the touch-control signal trace is arranged along a first direction and are led out from the binding circuit and connected to the touch-control pattern via the isolation dam and the first trace area in sequence, the display signal trace is arranged along a second direction and intersects with the touch signal trace.

A display panel includes a display area surrounding a through hole and an isolation area between the through hole and the display area. The isolation area includes at least two annular blocking dams surrounding the through hole. A first metal layer, an insulating layer and a second metal layer are arranged in a gap between the adjacent annular blocking dams. The isolation area further includes a through hole crack detection line wound around the edge of the through hole. The through hole crack detection line includes a first detection line and a second detection line. The first detection line on the same layer as the first metal layer and the second detection line on the same layer as the second metal layer are electrically connected through a via hole of the insulating layer.
