A hemming path planning method and a hemming system are provided. The hemming path planning method includes the following steps. An initial contour data of a target is scanned to obtain. A first segment of the hemming path is planned according to the initial contour data. The first segment corresponds to a first bending angle. A second segment of the hemming path is planned according to the initial contour data and an expected springback amount related to the first bending angle. The second segment corresponds to a second bending angle. The first segment and the second segment are combined to obtain a continuous hemming path.

A part processing planning method includes the following steps. Firstly, a specific tolerance of a nominal size of a part is obtained. Then, a predetermined tolerance of each of processes is obtained. Then, using a process dimension chain establishing technique, at least one predetermined tolerance associated with the specification tolerance from the predetermined tolerances is obtained. Then, at least one predetermined tolerance associated with the specification tolerance is accumulated to obtain a size cumulative tolerance. Then, whether the size cumulative tolerance meets the specification tolerance is determined. Then, at least one predetermined tolerance associated with the specification tolerance is re-allocated when the cumulative tolerance does not meet the specification tolerance, such that the size cumulative tolerance is within the specification tolerance.

A wire tension control device including a bobbin and a magnetic moment generator is provided. The bobbin is configured to provide a wire. The magnetic moment generator includes a stator and a rotor relatively rotatable with respect to the stator. The rotor is connected to the bobbin. When the bobbin drives the rotor to rotate, the magnetic moment generator generates a tension on the wire.

A rotatable and extendable mop includes a first rod body, a second rod body and a mop head. An end of the second rod body is sheathed with the first rod body, extending and moving relatively with respect to the first rod body. An end of the mop head is connected to the other end of the second rod body including a first connector, a second connector, a retainer, a gasket, a spring and a link rod. The first connector is sheathed with the second connector, and includes a first clip part corresponding to a first helical track, allowing the first clip part to traverse in the first helical track. An end of the link rod is connected to the second connector, and the retainer, gasket and spring are sheathed orderly with the link rod relative to the second connector. The retainer is fastened to the first connector.

A light-emitting diode (LED) module and an LED packaging method. As the LED module is packaged under the consideration of candela distribution, each of the lead frames of the LED chips packaged in the LED module is bended for tilting the LED chips by different angles to exhibit various lighting effects. During the reactive sputtering process, the chemical dynamics difference among reactants induces self-organization to form a special nanometer interface structure. The nanometer interface structure naturally form an interface potential difference so that it has a rectifying effect in a particular range of potential variation range.
