Surfactin is produced fromssp. containing sfp gene (lipopeptide biosurfactants produced by fermentation). Production of surfactin at present is mainly by liquid fermentation, but the production costs are high due to difficulty in purification resulted from addition of the defoaming agent during the production process. Therefore, present invention conducts physical or chemical mutation onsubsp. isolated from Thailand seawater shrimp ponds and screens for the mutant strain ofsubsp. based on sfp gene expression and then produces surfactin from the mutant strain by semi-solid state fermentation.

A voltage control circuit includes a processing unit, a power control circuit, a first impedance circuit, a first switch, and a current source. The power control circuit is used for outputting a core voltage to the processing unit. The first switch and the first impedance circuit are connected in parallel between the processing unit and the power control circuit, and they feedback a feedback voltage to the power control circuit. The current source is used for providing or extracting an operating current via the first impedance circuit or the first switch. The first switch is turned on and the processing unit receives a first core voltage when the processing unit operates at a normal mode. The first switch is turned off and the processing unit receives a second core voltage when the processing unit operates at an overvoltage mode.

Voltage control circuit

A voltage regulator device includes at least one output unit, a current sensing unit, a control unit, at least one transistor driving unit and a pulse width modulation unit. The output unit outputs an output signal. The output unit includes a first transistor, a second transistor and an energy storage element. The second transistor is electronically connected to the first transistor and the energy storage element, respectively. The current sensing unit is electronically connected to a first end and a second end of the energy storage element. The control unit is electronically connected to the current sensing unit and the output unit, respectively. The transistor driving unit is disposed corresponding to the output unit and is electronically connected to the control unit and the output unit. The pulse width modulation unit is electronically connected to the control unit and the transistor driving unit, respectively.

Voltage regulator device having negative current sensing and control method thereof

A power integration module includes a first input connector, a second input connector, an output connector, a switch unit, a determining unit. The first input connector and the second input connector are electrically connected to a first power supply and a second power supply of a power supply module. The output connector is electrically connected to an electrical load. The switch unit is coupled between the first input connector, the second input connector and the output connector. When the switch unit is turned on, the first input power supply and the second input power supply are integrated in parallel and outputted to the output connector to the electrical load. Moreover, an electronic device with a plurality of power integration modules is provided. Thus, the wrong connection is prevented and the condition that the power supplies of different electrical parameters are connected in parallel is avoided.
