A processing room includes a processing chamber, a discharge chamber, a sealing member, a blocking member, and a reclaiming member. The discharge chamber includes a main body communicating with the processing chamber, and a receiving portion and a discharge portion communicating with the main body. The receiving portion is aligned to the discharge portion. The sealing member includes a sealing portion and a sealing valve mounted on the sealing portion. The sealing portion is partially and moveably received in the receiving portion and resists against a sidewall of the receiving portion. The blocking member is detachably mounted on an end of the discharge portion and seals the discharge portion. The reclaiming member is partially received in the main body.

Processing room

A milling cutter is configured to process an edge of a workpiece to a required profile. The required profile includes a first portion and a second portion coupled to the first portion. The milling cutter includes a shank having a central axis, at least one first cutting edge, and at least one second cutting edge. The first cutting edge is configured to rotate around the central axis of the shank along a first rotation path to process the first portion of the predetermined profile, and the second cutting edge is configured to rotate around the central axis of the shank along a second rotation path to process the second portion of the predetermined profile. The first rotation path is different from, and connected to the second rotation path.

Milling cutter

A pressure casting machine can be configured to mold a molten material into a workpiece. The pressure casting machine can include a vacuum chamber and a pressure casting mechanism coupled to the vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber can include a processing section having a top wall and a bottom wall opposite to the top wall, a first gate configured to seal the processing section, and a first vacuum pump coupled to the processing section. The pressure casting mechanism can include a first driver positioned adjacent to the top wall, a first core received in the processing section and coupled to the first driver, a second core received in the processing section, and a plurality of pushing members received in the processing section. The second core can be coupled to the bottom wall and opposite to the first core. The pushing members can be coupled to the top wall.

A frame for a hydraulic apparatus includes at least two supporting pillars parallel to each other, a supporting assembly mounted on the at least two supporting pillars, and a link mechanism mounted on the supporting assembly and coupling the core plate to the adjustable die plate. The supporting assembly includes a fixed die plate, an adjustable die plate slidably, and a core plate. The fixed die plate includes a periphery sidewall and a surface perpendicular to the periphery sidewall, the fixed die plate defines a ring-shaped indentation in the surface and extending along a circumferential direction of the fixed die plate, the fixed die plate further defines at least two first through openings interconnected with the ring-shaped indentation and cut through the periphery sidewall.

Frame for hydraulic apparatus

A frame for hydraulic apparatus includes at least three supporting pillars, a supporting assembly mounted on the supporting pillars and including a fixed die plate fixed to the supporting pillars, an adjustable die plate slidably fixed to the at least three supporting pillars and a core plate slidably fixed to the at least three supporting pillars and located between the fixed die plate and the adjustable die plate and a link mechanism mounted on the supporting assembly and coupling the core plate to the adjustable die plate. The fixed die plate, the core plate and the adjustable die plate each have a periphery sidewall, and include a first protrusion protruded from the periphery sidewall and extended along a circumferential direction thereof, and define an indentation adjacent to the first protrusion and further define a plurality of openings on the first protrusion interconnected with the indentation.

A vacuum container includes a connecting chamber a valve chamber, a discharging chamber, and a sealing member. The connecting chamber defines an inclined sealing surface. The discharging chamber defines a discharging passage therein. The valve chamber interconnects the connecting chamber and the discharging chamber. The sealing member is slidably received in the valve chamber, wherein the sealing member is configured for sliding toward the sealing surface, such that the sealing member resists the inclined sealing surface to hermetically isolate the connecting chamber from the discharging chamber.

Vacuum container and vacuum forming device using the same

A method of making a Zr-rich amorphous alloy article includes providing a Zr-rich master alloy made of an Zr&#x2014;Cu&#x2014;Al&#x2014;Ni&#x2014;Nb alloy, in which the purity of the raw Zr is substantially in a range of 98% to 99.9%; providing a vacuum induction furnace, and melting the Zr-rich master alloy in the furnace at a temperature in a range of 1100 degrees Celsius to 1200 degrees Celsius; cooling the master alloy to a temperature in a range from 800 degrees Celsius to 900 degrees Celsius in 30 min to 40 min; casting the master alloy into ingots, and then cooling the ingots to a temperature in a range from 200 degrees Celsius to 350 degrees Celsius; and die casting the alloy ingots to obtain Zr-rich amorphous alloy articles with thicknesses in a range of 0.5 mm to 2 mm. A Zr-rich amorphous alloy article made by the above-mentioned method is further provided.

Method of making Zr-rich amorphous alloy article

The present invention relates to a surface treating method for making an amorphous alloy component. The surface treatment method includes the following steps: an amorphous alloy sheet is provided; the amorphous alloy sheet is fixed into a dry blast machine; and the surface of the amorphous alloy sheet is treated by sandblasting. In the sandblasting step, air pressure is controlled to be in a range from about 1.5 gf/cmto 6.0 kgf/cmand blasting time is in a range from about 1 second to 60 seconds; the sand used in sandblasting is preferably selected from a group consisting of aluminium oxide, zirconium dioxide and silicon dioxide, and a grain size of the sand is in a range from about 100 &#x3bc;m to 250 &#x3bc;m.

Amorphous alloy component and surface treating method for making same

A method of cutting bulk amorphous alloy includes: positioning a target cutting path of the bulk amorphous alloy in an atmosphere of an inert gas; cutting the target cutting path to form a cut surface using a pulsed laser; and removing a plurality of burrs located on the cut surface produced during the cut.

Method of cutting bulk amorphous alloy

A method of surface grinding a Zr-rich bulk amorphous alloy article includes providing a substrate; providing a first surface grinder for rough surface grinding; and providing a second surface grinder for finish surface grinding. During the rough surface grinding, the rotating speed is in the range from 20 r/min to 30 r/min, the grinding time period is from 3 minutes to 12 minutes, and the grinding pressure is from 1 kg/cm2 to 2 kg/cm2, and a first pump circularly conveys a first lubricant to a first rotating abrasive wheel. During the finish surface grinding, the rotating speed is in the range from 30 r/min to 40 r/min, the grinding time period is from 5 minutes to 7 minutes, and the grinding pressure is from 1 kg/cmto 2 kg/cm, and a second pump circularly conveys a second lubricant to a second rotating abrasive wheel.
