A metal probe structure and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The metal probe structure includes a multi-layer substrate, a first flexible dielectric layer, a second flexible dielectric layer, and a plurality of first metal components. The first flexible dielectric layer is disposed over the multi-layer substrate and has a conductive layer formed thereover. The second flexible dielectric layer is disposed over the first flexible dielectric layer to cover the conductive layer. The plurality of first metal components is disposed over the conductive layer and partially in the second flexible dielectric layer to serve as a metal probe.

Metal probe structure and method for fabricating the same

The present invention relates to a new polymerization process which is suitable for polymerizing high molecular weight products of high viscosity such as polycarbonates and polystyrenes in reasonable time. The present invention achieves the above-identified object by means of a polymerization process, wherein at least in the final stages of the polymerization reaction, two different types of mechanical mixing means are employed as alternatives, designated first and second mixing means. The first mixing means do generate new surfaces in the material to be treated by means of mechanical mixing and by means of gravity driven mixing, while the second mixing means do generate new surfaces in the material to be treated not by means of mechanical mixing and only by means of gravity driven mixing.

Polymerization of high viscosity materials

An optical disk substrate with a central hole is disclosed in the invention. The optical disk substrate includes: a first annular area for clamping, which surrounds the outer edge of the central hole and includes a first upper surface and a first lower surface thereon; and a second annular area for forming an information storing area, which surrounds the outer edge of the first annular area and includes a second upper surface and a second lower surface thereon; besides, the first lower surface and the second lower surface are on the same plane, whereas the first upper surface is higher than the second upper surface. Moreover, an optical disk that applies the optical disk substrate and a method for forming the optical disk are also disclosed in the invention.
