The present disclosure relates to an intelligent and healthy lighting method and device for an office space micro environment. According to the present disclosure, high-illuminance light can be provided, according to periodic variations of human rhythms and characteristics of office time (i.e., lighting time control data), in the morning to increase rhythmic stimulation to improve alertness of office staff and working efficiency. In addition, the present disclosure effectively solves the problem that conventional lamps cannot meet the requirements of human rhythm health by setting a lighting method having multiple modes (i.e., an awake mode, a rest mode, a relax mode, a work mode, a night mode, and a silence mode) and multiple scenes (i.e., determining a lighting mode according to ambient light data, lighting time control data, and human posture data).

Semiconductor structure and fabrication method are provided. The method includes: providing a substrate including device regions and isolation regions, adjacent with one another; providing discrete fins on the substrate, pitches between adjacent fins being substantially same; forming a protective layer on the sidewalls of the fins; removing a partial thickness of the fins in the isolation regions along with a partial thickness of the protective layer in the isolation regions by a first etching process; forming dummy fins by a second etching process to etch the remaining fins in the isolation regions using the remaining protective layers as a mask; removing the remaining protective layer after the second etching process; and forming isolation structures in the isolation regions on the substrate. The isolation structures have a top lower than the fins in the device regions and higher than the dummy fins in the isolation regions.

The method includes: acquiring a first offset vector reflecting the relative position between overlay marks of a middle and a bottom target layers; acquiring a second offset vector reflecting the relative position between the overlay marks of a top and the middle target layers; decomposing the first offset vector into a first compensable component and a first uncompensable component; decomposing the second offset vector into a second compensable component and a second uncompensable component; computing minimum values of the first uncompensable component and the second uncompensable component; computing optimized values for the first compensable component and the second compensable component; and computing a third compensable component of a third offset vector reflecting the relative position between the overlay marks of the top and the bottom target layers.

The present invention discloses a frame boundary detection system and a synchronization system for a data stream received by an Ethernet Forward Error Correction layer. The frame boundary detection system includes a shifter, two descramblers, a syndrome generator and trapper. The error trapper includes a big-little endian mode controller for controlling the big-little endian conversion of the error trapper. If the error trapper operates in the big endian mode, the error trapper implements the function of the syndrome generator, operates at the same time with the syndrome generator, and performs a second FEC check, wherein when the shifter performs the FEC check by intercepting data with a length of one frame plus A bits, two start positions of the frame can be verified, where A is a positive integer less than a length of one frame. The invention can improve the frame boundary detection speed and the frame synchronization speed, and increase only a few hardware overheads.

A method and apparatus for constructing a clock tree for an integrated circuit design is disclosed, the method comprising: extracting the path delays between the sequential devices in a placed netlist by performing timing analysis on the placed netlist; and constructing a clock tree for driving the sequential devices according to the path delays between the sequential devices so as to make the sum of the products of the timing delay between any two sequential devices and a clock tree branch weight of the two sequential devices minimum, wherein the clock tree branch weight of the two sequential devices is positively correlated with the number of clock tree levels from the branch point of the clock tree relative to the two sequential devices to the two sequential devices.
