A semiconductor structure and a fabrication method of the semiconductor structure are provided. The semiconductor structure includes a substrate including a first region and a second region, first gate structures, second gate structures, first source-drain doped layers, second source-drain doped layers, and a first dielectric layer. A top surface of the first dielectric layer disposed over the first region is lower than a top surface of the first dielectric layer disposed over the second region. The semiconductor structure also includes a first barrier layer disposed over the first dielectric layer disposed over the first region. The first barrier layer and the first dielectric layer disposed over the first region include a first opening exposing the first source-drain doped layer, and the first dielectric layer disposed over the second region includes a second opening exposing the second source-drain doped layer.

A computer system includes an addressing assembly, connected respectively to high bits of a memory address line of a processor and high bits of a word address line of a storage, and used to convert, in a preset continuous or discrete range on the storage, high bits of a memory address formed by the processor into high bits of a corresponding word address of the storage and output the high bits to the storage. Low bits of the memory address line of the processor are connected to low bits of the word address line of the storage. The preset range is smaller than or equal to an addressing range of the memory address line of the processor. The processor changes storage units of the storage covered by the preset range by changing the preset range. Thus it reduces cost, improves operation efficiency, shortens operation time, and has wide applicability.

A method of optimizing transactions involving Call Independent Supplementary Service (CISS) data on a Long Term Evolution (LTE) device may include receiving an indication that the CISS data should be transmitted between the device and a core network. The method may also include determining whether the device is standing by in a packet-switched LTE network or standing by in a 3G/2G network. In response to a determination that the device is standing by in the packet-switched LTE network, the method may additionally include packaging the CISS data in a control layer message and sending the control layer message between the core network and the device in the packet-switched LTE network. In response to a determination that the device is standing by in the circuit-switched 3G/2G network, the method may further include sending the CISS data between the core network and the device in the circuit-switched 3G/2G network.

Optimizing supplementary service operations for LTE-enabled devices

A method for selecting a network, including: selecting, from a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) list of a mobile terminal, a PLMN and a corresponding Radio Access Technology (RAT) type, and performing network selection, wherein the PLMN list contains a PLMN number and a RAT type corresponding to the PLMN. The network selection may include: searching in a comparison table if the selected RAT type corresponding to the PLMN is supported by the mobile terminal, wherein the comparison table contains a PLMN number, a RAT type corresponding to the PLMN, and a duplex mode corresponding to the PLMN and the RAT type; and selecting a network according to a duplex mode which corresponds to the selected PLMN and the selected RAT type, if the selected PLMN and the selected RAT type are contained in the comparison table. The speed of network selection is increased greatly, and power consumption is lowered.

Mobile terminal and method for selecting network

A supplementary service implementation method, a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network system and a mobile terminal are provided. The method may include: receiving an Uplink NAS Transport message from a mobile terminal; analyzing the Uplink NAS Transport message; and performing a supplementary service if an SS message is determined to be contained in the Uplink NAS Transport message based on a NAS message container of the Uplink NAS Transport message. The method in the present disclosure can solve problems that an LTE terminal can not directly provide CISS when it is in an LTE network, or it has to fall back to a circuit-switched 3G/2G network so as to support CISS. Therefore, the method can reduce overheads introduced by network switching, and improve performances of LTE networks and LTE mobile terminals.

Methods for determination and residency of service provider of a multi-card mobile terminal are provided. A method for the residency of the multi-card mobile terminal comprises: when some or all cards belong to the same service provider, said cards will reside in the same cell. Some embodiments of the present invention acquire IMSI corresponding to each card and extract HPLMN or EHPLMN from the IMSI to identify from card storage information rapidly and accurately cards in the mobile terminal that belong to the same service provider, and make those cards reside in the same cell during starting-up stage, cell reselection, or network recovery under the circumstance of a plurality of cards belonging to the same service provider, thus reducing the realization difficulties in measurement, idle standby, synchronous maintenance, etc., stabilizing the system and optimizing the performance of mobile terminal.
