An alternating current (AC) light emitting device includes an AC light emitting diode (LED) module and a waveform modulation unit. The AC LED module includes at least two sets of micro-diodes. The waveform modulation unit coupled between the AC LED module and an AC voltage source modulates a waveform of the AC voltage source.

A display apparatus including an image generator, a projection lens set, a depth detecting module detecting the position of user, and a control unit is provided, wherein the control unit is electrically connected to the image generator, the projection lens set and the depth detecting module. An image displayed by the image generator is projected through the projection lens set and generates a floating real image between the projection lens set and the user. Each beam forming the floating real image has a light-cone angle &#x3b8;. The image generator and the projection lens adjust the position of the floating real image according to the position of user. The size of the floating real image is L, the distance between two eyes of the user is W, the distance between the user and the floating real image is D, and the light-cone angle &#x3b8; satisfies the formula of 

Display apparatus

An electroacoustic apparatus with an optical energy conversion function is provided. The electroacoustic apparatus includes an optical energy converter for converting optical energy into electrical power. The electroacoustic apparatus further includes a signal generator and a flat speaker. The signal generator receives a signal from a sound source and generates a sound signal according to the received signal. The signal generator sends the sound signal to the flat speaker, and the flat speaker makes a sound according to the sound signal. Aforementioned operations are all performed by using the electrical power generated by the optical energy converter or a power stored therein.

Electroacoustic apparatus with optical energy conversion function

An electret diaphragm and a speaker using the same are provided. The electret diaphragm includes an electret layer, a bonding layer adhered to a surface of the electret layer, and an aluminum (Al) electrode layer adhered on the bonding layer. The electret layer at least includes ethylene group polymer. A material of the bonding layer is ethylene-ethyl-acrylate (EEA) or ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA).

A bonding system and a bonding method for alignment are provided. An optical semiconductor includes a light source and a plurality of protruded elements on a surface thereof. A semiconductor bench includes a light receiving element and a plurality of recess elements on a surface thereof. A sidewall of the protruded elements or a sidewall of the recess elements is slanted. A first metallized layer is disposed on a bonding surface of each protruded element and a second metallized layer is disposed on a bottom surface of each recess element, wherein the first metallized layer is used for bonding with the second metallized layer.

Nano compounds and organic memory devices comprising the same

Disclosed is an organic non-volatile memory (ONVM) material including nanoparticles evenly dispersed in a first polymer. The nanoparticles have a metal core covered by a second polymer to form a core/shell structure, and the first polymer has a higher polymerization degree and molecular weight than the second polymer. The ONVM material of the invention has high uniformity, thereby stabilizing the electric properties of the memory device, such as increasing rewrite counts, increasing data retention time, reducing driving voltage, reducing write current, and enhancing current on/off ratio.

Organic non-volatile memory material and memory device utilizing the same

A vertical organic transistor is disclosed, which includes at least: a collector contact layer disposed on a substrate; a first organic semiconductor layer disposed on the collector contact layer; a base contact layer disposed on the first organic semiconductor layer, wherein the base contact layer comprises no less than two layers of hetero-metal layers or hetero-conductive organic layers; a second organic semiconductor layer disposed on the base contact layer; and an emitter contact layer disposed on the second organic semiconductor layer. Device properties such as output current and I/Irate can be improved by using the vertical organic transistor of this invention.

Vertical organic transistor and method of fabricating the same

A power amplifier with an active bias circuit and operating method thereof are provided. The power amplifier comprises a power amplifier transistor and an active bias circuit. The active circuit receives input power and applies a bias voltage to the gate of the power amplifier transistor. The bias voltage will increase in correspondence with an increase in the input power. Therefore, the power amplifier of this invention has excellent output power, linearity of operation and power-added efficiency in a range of input power.
