A transmitter includes a transmitter circuit, a calibration circuit, and a transmitter signal strength indicator circuit. The transmitter circuit is coupled to a power node to receive a supply voltage and transmits an output signal via an antenna. The calibration circuit senses a current of the power node when the transmitter circuit operates in a first frequency band and operates in a second frequency band to generate a signal having different values and generates a calibration signal according to the signals having the different values. The transmitter signal strength indicator circuit detects power of the output signal to generate a first detection signal, and generate a second detection signal according to the calibration signal and the first detection signal. The transmitter circuit adjusts the power of the output signal to be target power according to the second detection signal.

Transmitter and power calibration method

A transmission circuit includes a power amplifier, a power amplifier forestage circuit and a signal strength adjusting circuit. The power amplifier is configured to amplify an input signal to output an output signal. The power amplifier forestage circuit is configured to output the input signal. The signal strength adjusting circuit includes a conversion circuit, a processing circuit and a storage unit. The conversion circuit is configured to convert the voltage of the output signal into an operation value. The processing circuit is configured to perform an operation according to a target index value stored by the storage unit and the operation value to obtain a differential value. The processing circuit is further configured to adjust the input signal outputted by the power amplifier forestage circuit according to the differential value, so that the power of the output signal is maintained at a target power value.

Transmission circuit and transmission signal strength adjusting method thereof

The present invention discloses a calibration method and calibration circuit for a wireless transceiver. The wireless transceiver includes a transmission path and a reception path, and there is a mixer on the transmission path. The calibration method includes the following steps: (A) adjusting a first parameter of a first LC tank circuit of the mixer; (B) receiving a first input signal via a coupling path and the reception path; (C) measuring a first power of the first input signal; (D) repeating steps (A) to (C) to obtain multiple first powers; and (E) determining a first target parameter corresponding to a largest power of the first powers.

Method and circuit for calibrating wireless transceiver

A device includes a baseband circuit that generates a first digital signal, a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that converts the first digital signal into a baseband signal, a first mixer that generates a first mixed signal based on the baseband signal and a first reference signal, a second mixer that generates a second mixed signal based on the baseband signal and a second reference signal, a third mixer that generates a down-converted signal based on the first mixed signal and the second mixed signal, and an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that converts the down-converted signal into a second digital signal. The frequency of the first reference signal is different from the frequency of the second reference signal.

Receiver, transmitter and correction circuit thereof

A power managing method applied to a wireless network apparatus includes the steps of periodically detecting whether the wireless network apparatus is operated in a non-link status to determine whether to enter a first power-saving mode when the wireless network apparatus powered on; and determining the wireless network apparatus whether to enter a second power-saving mode according to an information of a beacon received by the wireless network apparatus when the wireless network apparatus is operated in a link status. When the wireless network apparatus is detected to be operated in the non-link status, control the wireless network apparatus to enter the first power-saving mode by a power mode controlling circuit. The first power-saving mode is an inactive power-saving mode, and the second power-saving mode is a linked power-saving mode.
