An external rotor structure used in a motor structure is made of lightweight and low-cost polymer plastic material and provides good heat convection to provide vehicle cooling. The external rotor structure has a ring-shaped yoke iron part, a ring-shaped magnet part and a plastic part. Thus, by using a design of covering the ring-shaped yoke iron part and the ring-shaped magnet part with polymer plastic material by in-mold injection, it achieves the smooth operation and balance of the motor structure. Combined with through holes in the polymer plastic, the heat generated during the operation of the motor structure can be smoothly discharged to the outside, and the temperature difference between the inside and the outside caused by the operation of the motor structure can be balanced by heat convection. In short, the external rotor structure has advantages of lightweight and low cost.

Motor structure

An insulation bobbin includes a winding portion, an outer stopper portion and an inner stopper portion. The winding portion includes a body and two sidewalls respectively and perpendicularly connected to two first sides of the body. A length of a first side edge of each of the sidewalls is greater than a length of a second side edge, and a connecting edge of each of the sidewalls connects a first bottom edge and the second side edge. The outer stopper portion connects one of the second sides of the body and the first side edge of each of the sidewalls. The inner stopper portion connects the other one of the second sides of the body and the second side edge of each of the sidewalls. There is a height difference between the first bottom edge of each of the sidewalls and a second bottom edge of the inner stopper portion.

A circuit board structure includes a first circuit board, a second circuit board and a plurality of first connection portions. The first circuit board has a first opening, and the second circuit board is disposed inside the first opening of the first circuit board. The first circuit board and the second circuit board are electrically independent from each other. An operation member includes a body having an operating end and a coupling end, and a skirt member. The skirt member is arranged at the coupling end. The skirt member includes a base plate outwardly extending from the coupling end, a wall extending from the base plate, and a groove defined between the outer surface of the wall and the body. The electronic device includes a casing, an operation member, and a circuit module. The casing has portions defining an opening. The circuit module has a circuit board including a controller disposed thereon. The above-mentioned operation member is sleeved onto the controller and passes through the opening. The outer surface of the operation member and the opening define a gap therebetween. The groove is correspondingly arranged proximate to the gap to gather small particles entering the gap.

A mounting mechanism for gripping DIN rail comprises: a main body and a latching body. The main body includes a first mounting portion having a stopper member and at least one first retaining unit, and a second mounting portion. The latching portion is movably disposed in the first mounting portion and includes at least one resilient portion and at least one second retaining unit. When one end of the latching body protrudes into the second mounting portion, the range of movement of the latching body spans from a position wherein the resilient portion abuts the stopper member to a position in wherein the second retaining unit abuts the first retaining unit. The main body is movably latched onto the DIN rail through the second mounting portion, and is fixed to a position on the DIN rail through one end of the latching body protruding into the second mounting portion.

A method for searching plane area on a 3D model comprises following steps of: obtaining an outline of the 3D model; setting a lowest point of the outline based on a datum axis to be a locate point; extending from the locate point along another two axes to search all coordinate points within the outline at a substantially height on the datum axis with the locate point; reserving of the information of the continual coordinate points which can constitute a plane area; recording the plane area; amending value on the datum axis to add fixed variable of the locate point; executing above steps repeatedly until the locate point is amended to be the highest point of the outline based on datum axis. The present disclosure can actually search for all plane area on the outline of the 3D model, so as to help the combination with other 3D models.

Inverter

A safety plug adapter comprises a cover, a base plate, a conductive terminal block, a first sliding assembly, a second sliding assembly, two first conductive pins, two second conductive pins, two auxiliary elements, a ground portion, a grounding terminal block, and an attachable conductive pin, wherein the cover defines a first group of slots on a top surface thereof and a second group of slots on a side surface; the first group of slots includes a live slot, a neutral slot, and a ground slot; the second group of slots includes a live slot and a neutral slot. With the plug adapter, the first group of slots or the second group of slots can be inserted by a plug of an electrical device, whereas the first conductive pins or the second conducive pins can insert into a socket, to achieve an electrical connection between the electrical device and the socket.

Safety plug adapter

An electric connector equipped with multiple layers of safety structure includes an insulation case, an electric connection terminal set and a safety mechanism. The insulation case has a front panel with a plurality of slots. The safety mechanism has a safety gate set and a blocking plate latching element. The safety gate set is pushed by a plug and to open the slots to allow the plug to pass through and to establish electric connection with the electric connection terminal set. The blocking plate has a brake portion. The blocking plate latching element has a stirring portion exposed outside the surface of the insulation case and a stop portion corresponding to each blocking plate. The stop portion is movable with the stirring portion to the brake portion to stop the blocking plate from moving. Thereby the blocking plate latching element can control opening of the safety gate set.

Electric connector equipped with multiple layers of safety structure

A sliding safety structure for power supply receptacles located on a path of a plug prong inserting to a receptacle electrode includes a control dock which has a directing stem, a safety gate slidably located on the directing stem and an elastic element which has two ends pushing respectively the control dock and the safety gate. The safety gate has two force receiving portions which are pushed by the elastic element in regular conditions to block the path of the plug prong inserting to the receptacle electrode and maintain at a latched position. When the plug prong is inserted into the receptacle, the two force receiving portions are depressed by the plug prong to move the safety gate to slide away from the latched position so that insertion of the plug prong to the electrode of the power supply receptacle is allowed. The safety gate also has a stopper below the sliding path thereof to harness the safety gate at the latched position when the two force receiving portions receive uneven forces. Thus an enhanced safety effect can be accomplished to improve the disadvantage occurred to the conventional safety structure which is openable when subject to a force at one side.
