A method of energy management includes steps of: deciding system parameters; determining an object function; obtaining characteristics information and predetermined ranges respectively of the system parameters; calculating function values of the object function for various parameter value combinations of the system parameters within the predetermined ranges based on the characteristics information so as to establish a database; determining a smallest function value among those of the function values in the database that satisfy certain conditions; and determining an optimum power split ratio based on the parameter value combination corresponding to the smallest function value for energy management of the vehicle.

Method of energy management and computer system for energy management

A vehicle chassis including a vehicle frame defining an inner space and being operable to switch between a first expanded state and a collapsed state, and a loading device mounted to the inner space and removably connected to the vehicle frame. The loading device defines a first loading surface when the vehicle frame is in the first expanded state, and the loading device defines a second loading surface that is smaller than the first loading surface when the vehicle frame is in the collapsed state.

Vehicle chassis

An electric vehicle includes a chassis and a seat assembly that includes a plurality of seats mounted to the chassis. The chassis includes a vehicle frame defining a mounting space, and a battery module disposed in the mounting space and including an outer battery unit that is mounted to the vehicle frame, and an inner battery unit that is coupled to the outer battery unit. The vehicle frame is operable to switch between an expanded state, where the inner battery unit is permitted to be coupled to the outer battery unit and the seats are spaced apart from each other, and a collapsed state, where the inner battery unit is prevented from being coupled to the outer battery unit and the seats are overlapped with each other.

Electric vehicle and chassis thereof

A resilient power device is adapted to drive a transmission rod of a vehicle, and includes a housing, a rotary shaft adapted to extend and be spaced apart from the transmission rod along a first axis, a power release unit including a first rod and a second rod that extend and are spaced apart from each other along a second axis parallel to the first axis, a power storage clutch adapted to be connected between the transmission rod and the rotary shaft, a power release clutch connected between the first and second rods, a first gear unit mounted to the first rod and the transmission rod, a second gear unit mounted to the rotary shaft and said second rod, and at least one resilient member connected between the housing and the rotary shaft.

Resilient power device

A modular electric vehicle includes a first body module having a lateral connecting side, a second body module having a lateral connecting side, two first wheels mounted to the first body module, two second wheels mounted to the second body module, and a connection unit. The connection unit includes a first electrical connector disposed at the lateral connecting side of the first body module, and a second electrical connector disposed at the lateral connecting side of the second body module. The first electrical connector is operable to be selectively and electrically coupled to the second electrical connector, so that the first and second body modules can be selectively assembled to form a relatively light electric vehicle.

Modular electric vehicle

A method of power management to be implemented by an energy-consuming device includes the steps of: while the energy-consuming device is in an operating state, receiving an input associated with a time period; determining first energy consumption for operation in the operating state for the time period; determining second energy consumption for switching to a shutdown state; determining a smaller one between the first and second energy consumptions; maintaining operation in the operating state when it is determined that the first energy consumption is the smaller one; and switching to the shutdown state when it is determined that the second energy consumption is the smaller one.

Method of power management for saving energy

A heterogeneous energy supply system includes an electric power management unit controlled by a control unit to output electric power. An electricity supply unit is powered by the electric power management unit, and is controlled by the control unit to regulate the electric power so as to provide an electricity output. An air supply unit is powered by the electric power management unit, and is controlled by the control unit to generate an air output. A hydrogen supply unit is powered by the electric power management unit, and is controlled by the control unit to generate a hydrogen gas output.

Heterogeneous energy supply system

A magnetic force generating device is provided for application to a first object that is movable relative to a second object providing a first magnetic force, and includes a coil disposed on the first object, a sensing module disposed on the first object adjacent to the coil for sensing a distance between the first and second objects, and a processor. When the sensed distance is shorter than a threshold value, the processor enables provision to the coil of a driving current having a magnitude negatively correlated to the sensed distance, so that the coil generates a second magnetic force, which is repulsive to the first magnetic force, in response to the driving current.

Magnetic force generating device and collision prevention system including the same

A hybrid electric vehicle includes a wheel, a wheel driving device coupled with the wheel and including an electric motor, a battery unit including a first battery and a second battery, a generator for recharging the first battery and the second battery, a fuel engine operable to drive the generator to generate electricity, a first switch for establishing electrical connection between the generator and each of the first battery and the second battery, a second switch for establishing electrical connection between the electric motor and each of the first battery and the second battery, and a control unit operable to control the first switch and the second switch to make or break electrical connection.

Hybrid electric vehicle

A transport vehicle includes a driving unit, a wheel and a charging system. The charging system includes an electricity-generating tire and a converting unit. The electricity-generating tire has a tire body mounted on the wheel, and a piezoelectricity generating unit disposed at the tire body and configured to output electricity when the piezoelectricity generating unit is subjected to mechanical forces attributed to movement of the tire body on a ground surface. The converting unit operates to convert the electricity outputted by the piezoelectricity generating unit into a form of energy for storage in an energy storing unit.

Transport vehicle, charging system and electricity-generating tire

An electric power split hybrid system comprises a case, a linkage unit, an electric power part, and a switching part. An engine, a generator, a motor, and a transmission mechanism are installed in the case. The generator is used to start the engine, and is capable of adjusting a torque of the engine and of generating electricity via driving of the engine. The transmission mechanism is used to link and move a wheel to rotate. The linkage unit is used to link and move the engine and the motor. The electric power part is used to store electrical energy generated by the generator and to supply electric power to the motor. The switching part is connected to the generator, the motor, and the electric power part. Electric power generated by the generator is switched by the switching part to supply to one of the motor and the electric power part.

Electric power split hybrid system

A method for managing consumption of heterogeneous resources includes: receiving resource consumption information of a target; calculating a total energy consumption value that is associated with the target based on the resource consumption information of the target; generating a high consumption alert when the calculated total energy consumption value is higher than a first predetermined threshold value; and generating a low consumption alert when the calculated total energy consumption value is not higher than a second predetermined threshold value that is lower than the first predetermined threshold value.

Method and system for managing consumption of heterogeneous resources

A series-parallel coupling control method and system for a hybrid driver are suitable for a hybrid power vehicle. The hybrid driver is used to produce a driving force to drive a load. The hybrid driver includes a first power generation unit, a second power generation unit, and a main controller. The main controller selectively controls the system to drive the load in a series power coupling mode or a parallel power coupling mode. The main controller switches between the series coupling mode and the parallel coupling mode by using rotation speed compensation or torque/power compensation. Therefore, the driven load will not suffer from sudden thrust or jerk.

Series-parallel coupling control method and system of hybrid power system

A vehicle hybrid power system is provided according to the present invention. The hybrid power system is characterized by applying the concept of minimum equivalent fuel consumption, and then simulating equivalent fuel consumptions based on respective energy consumption or increase of motor and generator of a motor vehicle, and also defining simulated equivalent fuel consumption formula and making a list of system state parameters, system control parameters, and system negative load parameters, thereby obtaining simulated equivalent fuel consumption multidimensional data by entering the system parameters derived from a discretization/transformation process in the defined simulated equivalent fuel consumption formula; wherein, the simulated equivalent fuel consumption multidimensional data are revised to comprise subsystems, such as system engine, motor, generator, and others to determine a system control strategy of holistic optimization, thereby achieving the objective of saving energy. The present invention further provides a method for creating simulated equivalent fuel consumption multidimensional data, which is applicable to the hybrid power system of the present invention.
