An anisoplanatic aberration correction method and apparatus for adaptive optical linear beam scanning imaging. The method comprises: in an adaptive optical linear beam scanning imaging system, performing temporal correction on an anisoplanatic region aberration in a linear beam scanning direction, and performing regional correction on an anisoplanatic region aberration in a linear beam direction. According to the method, the limitation of an isoplanatic region on an adaptive optical imaging field of view can be overcome, and wide field of view aberration correction and high-resolution imaging of a retina is realized. According to the provided method and apparatus for temporal and regional correction of a wide field of view anisoplanatic aberration, the wide field of view aberration correction can be completed by means of only a single wavefront sensor and a single wavefront corrector, such that almost none of the system complexities is increased.

Anisoplanatic aberration correction method and apparatus for adaptive optical linear beam scanning imaging

A large field-of-view adaptive optics retinal imaging system and method with common optical path beam scanning, the system comprises: a light source module (), an adaptive optics module (), a beam scanning module (), a defocus compensation module (), a sight beacon module (), a pupil monitoring module (), a detection module (), a control module () and an output module (). The beam scanning module is configured in different scanning modes for carrying out different scanning imaging functions including a large field-of-view imaging function, a small field-of-view high-resolution imaging function and a large field-of-view high-resolution imaging function. The system is simple in structure, and the common optical path structure can obtain three types of retinal imaging images, which meets the requirements of different application scenarios and improves the application range of retinal imaging.

Large field-of-view adaptive optics retinal imaging system and method with common optical path beam scanning

A common beam scanning retinal imaging system comprises: a light source module (), an adaptive optics module (), a beam scanning module (), a small field-of-view relay module (), a large field-of-view relay module (), a sight beacon module (), a pupil monitoring module (), a detection module (), a control module () and an output module (). The system can perform real-time correction of human eye aberration by adaptive optics technology, and realize the confocal scanning imaging function in a large field of view and the adaptive optics high-resolution imaging function in a small field of view simultaneously by the common beam synchronous scanning configuration combined with the two relay optical path structures for both the small field of view and the large field of view. The system can not only observe disease lesions in a wide range on the retina by the large field-of-view imaging, but also observe fine structures of the lesions by the small field-of-view high-resolution imaging. A variety of imaging images are acquired by common path optical beam scanning to meet the needs of different application scenes, which greatly expands the application range of the existing confocal imaging equipment.

The present invention discloses an aspheric lens eccentricity detecting device based on wavefront technology and a detecting method thereof. The device comprises: an upper optical fiber light source, an upper collimating objective lens, an upper light source spectroscope, an upper beam-contracting front lens, an upper beam-contracting rear lens, an upper imaging detector, an upper imaging spectroscope, an upper wavefront sensor, a lens-under-detection clamping mechanism, a lower light source spectroscope, a lower beam-contracting front lens, a lower beam-contracting rear lens, a lower imaging spectroscope, a lower wavefront sensor, a lower imaging detector, a lower collimating objective lens and a lower optical fiber light source. The present invention achieves non-contact detection, with no risk of damaging the lens, and there is no moving part in the device, so the system reliability and stability are high; and in the present invention, various eccentricity errors in the effective aperture of the aspheric lens can be detected at a time, thereby avoiding errors caused by splicing detection, and also greatly reducing the detection time, thus being applicable to online detection on an assembly line.

A panel fastener includes a screw that is captivated to a ferrule and urged toward a retracted position by a spring which operates between the screw head and the ferrule. When the screw is in the retracted position, a collar of enlarged diameter on the screw occupies the area adjacent an internal annular captivation ring of the ferrule. The present disclosure provides an adaptive optical retina imaging apparatus and method. The adaptive optical retina imaging apparatus comprises an optical processing unit, an adaptive optical unit, a two-dimensional scanning unit and a primary aberration correcting unit, in which an imaging unit included in the optical processing unit is imaging based on the signal after high order aberration compensation and low order aberration compensation. By combining the adaptive optical technique, a con-focal scanning technique and the optical coherence tomography technique, two wave front sensors are utilized to detect wave front aberrations between the con-focal scanning optical path and the optical coherence tomography optical path and two wave front correctors are utilized to correct low order aberration and high order aberration of human's eyes, so as to implement low order aberration and high order aberration for the two optical paths and to implement imaging of human's eyes in a higher transverse resolution and a higher longitudinal resolution.

Provided are a microscopic surgery system and a navigation method guided by optical coherence tomography. The microscopic surgery system may include: an object lens; a surgical microscope unit configured to perform two-dimensional imaging on an area to operate on via the object lens; an optical coherence tomography unit configured to perform two-dimensional tomography imaging on the area via the object lens, with an imaging field calibrated according to that of the surgical microscope unit; a processor configured to obtain navigation information based on the two-dimensional imaging by the surgical microscope unit and the two-dimensional tomography imaging by the optical coherence tomography unit, the navigation information comprising positional information of a body part to operate on and a surgical instrument for operating on the body part; and an output unit configured to output the navigation information to guide the surgical instrument to the body part.
